Iranian joojeh kebab chicken wing edition
Ingredients:
• 2 big packs of chicken wings
• 2 medium unions cut in quarters
• 2 lemon squeezed in a glass.
• 1 cup of yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 glass olive oil
• yellow egg powder/saffron in warm water
Directions
1. Add 2 unions to the mixer and blend
2. Add your fresh lemon juice
3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of yellow egg powder and 1/4 cup of olive oil and blend
4. Add 1 teaspoon of back pepper and 1 glass of yoghurt and blend
5. Add mix into a deep bowl
6. Wash and clean your chicken wings and add them to the bowl with the mix and blend everything
7. Cover the bowl and leave to chill on the side for a couple of hours
8. Get your grill ready
9. Grill your chicken till done
