Oh Lala how gorgeous are these stickychicken wings so to start this see unitwo’s first wash your chicken sprinkleit with some lemon juice wash it andbring it back now we are going to seasonour chicken wings put all of theseasoning into the bowl and rub that upreally well so all of the chicken iscompletely coated in the seasoning nowwe’re going to cover it with clean filmand place it in the fridge for a minimumof an hour overnight would be best butif you’re short on time a minimum of anhour is fine once the chicken ismarinated we are now going to place allof the wings onto a baking tray so now Ihave placed the chicken in the oven I’mgoing to bake it for about 10 to 15minutes on the other side until it’sslightly golden brown but not completelyso while the chicken is cooking we arenow going to make our glaze which iswhat we are going to put on top of thechicken and what I have is I am going touse the same Bowl that I tookparticularly out of with the remainingseasoning and I’m going to add to thatsome barbecue sauce[Music]some tomato ketchup[Music]some sweet chili sauce a tablespoonvinegar with the vinegar you can use anyvinegar you one another this occasionI’m obviously using the malt vinegar butyou can use any vinegar that you chooseto use and I’m going to do about teamspin and a half of honey all I’m goingto do is mix that upgives us a really nice lady’s wingsobviously depends on how many wings youhave any other I can make more or lessand all I’m going to do is put that tothe sideready so I’ve just taken them out of theoven and I have literally used thespatula to turn them over it’s beenabout ten minutes I’m now going to putthem back in so they can cook on theother side for about ten minutes andthen we will get into glazing our wingsokay so now I have taken my chickenwings of the oven and I’m about toavenge them on both sides so why I dofirst is I use a spoon to just go[Music]so it always coat the bottom of thechicken first and then I come in and toflip them over and pop the top so nowI’m just literally flipping my wingsover like that so that I can cook theother side and literally all I’m gonnado is cook it in the oven I like to bakemy sauce in because I find that itsticks to the chicken nicely and it justgives it a really nice taste I preferwhen it’s a bit more dry either sauce asopposed to it being wet so just tossthem over I’m using a spatula so that Ican get everything up without the skincoming away from the wings so now we’rejust gonna do the same thing on the topjust making sure that that chicken isfully[Music]just make sure that everywhere is fullycovered and then that’s literally justgoing to go back in the oven for anotherfive to ten minutes so the source canstick to the chickenI’m now gonna put it back in the ovenokay so we’re back I’ve literally justtaken the wings out of the oven as youcan see it’s been in for about 10minutes and all of the glaze has cookedinto the chicken and it’s nice andsticky I’m gonna give it about fiveminutes to cool and then I’m gonna takeit out and put it onto a plate to servebut that looks delicious I’ll show youthe finished result in a moment[Music]
