HOW TO MAKE TANDOORI CHICKEN AT HOME | തന്തൂരി ചിക്കൻ | GRILLED CHICKEN | KERALA TRADITIONAL STYLE

Hello dear friends, this is my Seventh Vlog. delicious Tandoori Chicken made with a melange of spices and herbs, this tandoori dish is a must try. The marinade traditionally includes oil, yoghurt, lemon juice and a melange of authentic Indian spices. This lip-smacking appetizer recipe, gets its flavours from the blend of spices it is marinated with! The yoghurt and lemon juice gives the tandoori chicken that tangy and sour flavour. You can make any evening special by making some tandoori chicken for your Friends and family !!

Required Ingredients
Chicken with out skin 1.5 kg
Tomato juice 2 nos
Ginger paste 2 tablespoon
Garlic 2 table spoon
Chilly powder 4 tablespoon
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1 no
Curd 2 table spoon
Oil 1 table spoon
Salt as required

Preparation Method
Clean the chicken without skin.
Then marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients and kept for 2 hours . Make sure to apply well between all the slits and in. Coat the chicken very well in this marinade and place it in the refrigerator.
Get ready the flame and cook over the hot ash need to hang the chicken on the stick and the chicken need to cook for 2 hrs. Apply oil over chicken while cooking. Remove from flame and serve hot, garnish with sliced onion and lime. When you take them out, they should be crispy and cooked thoroughly. Let the chicken pieces stay for 10 minutes more even after it has been turned off. Your Tandoori Chicken is ready, serve with green chutney.
