A bite of these delicious mustard soy chicken skewers and you can’t stay away from them. They are so full of flavorful. The chicken is marinated in orange juice, mustard and soy sauce marinade. The marinade make the meat tender and soft. And of course a great flavor. A succes recipe for a summer BBQ or dinner party, these skewers will be a hit for sure.

✅Ingredients
– ½ orange juice
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
– 1 teaspoon mustard
– 1 teaspoon ginger grated
– 1 clove garlic
– 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
– 1 pound chicken breast
✅ Instructions
1. Prepare the marinade by whisking the orange juice, sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, sunflower oil, mustard, ginger and garlic in a bowl.
2. Cut the chicken breast in 1 x 1 inch cubes and mix them together with the sesame seeds through the marinade. Cover with plastic foil and let it marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Put the chicken cubes on the skewers. If you use wooden satay prickers, soak them for an hour in water (otherwise the wood will burn when grilled). Put everything on a plate, cover with plastic foil and refrigerate until use.
4. Grill the mustard soy chicken skewers for 4 minutes on both sides until they’re done. You can grill them in a grill pan or on the BBQ. Serve immediately.
