Italian Bbq Chicken | Cook with me!!

Ingredients:
* boneless skinless chicken breasts
* 1 head of broccoli
* brussel sprouts
* 1 box of an Au Gratin potatoes
* Italian salad dressing
* Sweet Baby Rays honey bbq sauce
* onion powder
* garlic powder
* minced onions
* salted butter
* vegetable oil

prep time: 15 minutes
cook time: 30 minutes
serves: 4

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
* Take your chicken breasts and pound them to about 1” thickness. Put 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in your pan and lay your chicken breasts on top.
*TIME TO MAKE THE SAUCE!*
* Get a small bowl and put an equal amount of the italian salad dressing and the sweet baby rays bbq sauce in the bowl and mix. There isn’t really measurements it’s just up to your liking and taste. BUT MAKE SURE TO MAKE ENOUGH TO COVER YOUR CHICKEN!!
* Cover your chicken with the sauce (make sure to get both sides of them breasts now!)
-Pop that pan in the oven for 24 minutes (mhm they should come out real juicy and tender y’all!)
-In a small pot bring 2 cups of water to a boil (sprinkle some salt in that water!)
* CLEAN your broccoli! Cut that stems off of the florets or leave them up to you!
-Once your water comes to a boil put the broccoli in the pot. (you will know when your broccoli is done when you can stick a fork through it easily)
-Drain your broccoli and put it back in the pan over low heat and add 3 tbsp of salted butter and mix.
* CLEAN your Brussel sprouts!! Cut your sprouts vertical to make cooking quicker and easier.
-Put 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet and put burner on medium/high. Drop your brussel sprouts in the skillet and let cook until golden brown.
-When they start getting golden brown add 1 tsp of onion powder, 1 tsp of garlic powder, and a pinch of minced onions. -Add a little more oil. Give it a good mix. -Once your brussel sprouts are done they should be chard (no you didn’t burn them don’t freak out lol, it’s how it’s supposed to be)
-You should also be able to stick a fork though them easily
-Take them off of the heat.
* Cook your potatoes they way the box says.
And BANG there you go Italian Bbq Chicken ENJOY!!

hello I am gay okay and I’m gonna showyou guys what I’m gonna make for dinnertonighttonight we’re having zesty Italianbarbecue chicken I’ve already preheatedmy oven to 350 and it’s ready to go andI already have my mixture made for thissauce so we’re gonna need for thisrecipeuse your sweet baby Ray’s the honeybarbecue barbecue sauce best barbecuesauce in the freaking moon I’m you evenwant to use zesty Italian dressing I gotthe fat-free dressing because we’retrying to be healthy and then you’regonna mean boneless chicken breastboneless and skinless chicken breast weare making Brussels sprouts and I got ahead of broccoli it’s also cook and Ithink I’m also gonna make all rottennesspotatoes that’s yellow so that too solet’s get started so you’re gonna reallyneed to pre-heat your oven to 350 andit’s gonna go in for about 20-25 minutesand I’m gonna take care of shippingbreasts out of your container you’regonna wanna get a bag and we’re gonna bepounding these to be thinner justbecause these are totally too thickchicken breast I mean they pretty goodput I guess women in a baggie in thereknow it all so you do that it makes itthinner and bigger so no thicker you’reactually gonna take your pan I have thispan[Music]put your tongue rash and you now that Ihave my pant my chicken in my pan likeso I am going to now take my sauce allwent so basically for the sauce andyou’re using these two and you’re justmixing them together for your taste Iput in more barbecued and as I seeItalian but it is a balance and you’rejust going to like put on your tablenow you’re just going to take and put iton your chicken and then you’re gonnaflip them cuz you’re gonna want to doboth sides so your brush should looklike this when they’re coated go to putyour oven on 350 mine is already doneand preheated so I’m gonna stick this inthe oven for about 25 minutes I’m gonnado 24 minutes because my oven is wack sonow you’re gonna want to pan like thisand you’re going to want to fill it withwater because we are nowall right so now that you have yourwater in your pan you’re gonna want toput some salt in your water we’re gonnatake this head of broccoli and we’reactually gonna clean it off so now thatwe have this so now that we have this umwe’re gonna start cutting it uptake a breath and go ahead startchopping them in half clean these sothis is like a full brussel sprout whatyou’re going to do is you’re going tocut it in half and I mean by thatnot this way half so like this because Ihave made the mistake plenty of timeswhere I just throw the broth theBrussels sprouts in like this and ittakes forever to cook and there’sdifferent ways of cooking and Brusselssprouts some people bake on some peopleboil on I like to cook him on theskillet that was how my mom taught meand it just tastes bettermy two favorite vegetables in the entireworld of broccoli and the Brusselssprouts I literally couldn’t live onthem I love them all on tomatoes but thetomatoes have to be fresh they have tocome out of Gordon y’all didn’t know Iwas raised on a farm and we Gordon wehave a garden and in the summer when Iwas little I used to wear mygrandparents and my parents will walk usout of the house me and my cousins yesthey did do that because we didknowledge and we’re not allowed to haveelectronics so we made our own fun sowhen they walked us out on the Hat ofthe house and I was hungry I just we’reout to the garden and get a tomatoeating all right so our pots where ourbroccoli is actually guarding a littlebit it’s actually boiling right now wellI’m going to go ahead and put mybroccoli and leave that on eight andwe’re actually gonna cover it we haveall of this bro so strata nowand cutting it like that gave us thismuch Brussels sprouts and it gave usmore so now what we’re gonna do is we’regonna go over here to this spill it andwe are actually going for this Brusselssprouts what you’re gonna do is you’regonna need some old you’re gonna needminced onions you’re gonna need onionpowder and garlic powder this is the panand so we are actually going to turn iton to about a six go ahead and put oiland we have our older in our pan and andjust heating up right now get ourBrussels sprouts and we’re gonna goahead and put those in the pan so thenwe’re going to add we’re going to turnit up in between seven and eight so nowroughly is done and we have the brusselsprouts cooking I had a really blondemoment and I turn on the back burner andput the pan on the front burner andwonder why it wasn’t doing nothing we’regonna go ahead and strain our broccolicuz there’s a lot of butter twotablespoons or other food and you’remaking these things about make sureyou’re constantly every once in a whileflipping them and stirring them what wehave right now as you can see it’sstarting to get charred I’m gonna goahead and put the minced onion in um putit in your hand and you’re gonna tie oneabout that much I’m trying to show youguys the best angle go ahead and justsprinkle that on so with the garlicpowder what I want to put it in yourhands right like that and you let’s goahead and sprinkle on all on your thesame thing with your onion powder exceptyou’re not going to use that much ofyour onion powder you go ahead and add alittle bit more oil after you put thespices on and our chicken is done I putit in the oven for about 24 minutes andit actually came out so tender so Iactually found some sesame seeds sowe’re just gonna put a little littlepinch in there asdon’t say it’s like a whole lot but itdoes add some flavor okay now we’regonna put it our nice cooked broccoliback in our pan and your alerts on thepan back onto about a four to three I’mgonna put it right in the middle of fourand three and I’m gonna put twotablespoons of salt and butter I’m gonnago ahead and put those in the pan I seeBrussels sprouts look like these I’mjust gonna do the Box instruction so I’mgonna do this off-cameraTytos are done they’re from Aldi I don’tknow I haven’t ever had these but they Ihad to make it with almond milk sohopefully like taste okayand while the camera was off I wentahead and clean everything I made moresauce and I just have my meal set inhere
