Kids Class: Pan Grilled Chicken (part 1)

This is part of a 3 video series of Grilled Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo.

Pan Grilled Chicken

2# chicken, breast boneless skinless
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp oil
You can you a dried herb or dried herb seasoning as well if you like.

Preheat oven to 350 and have a sheet pan or baking dish ready.
Heat a grill pan or skillet on medium high heat.

Place all ingredients in to a bowl and mix well.
Coat the pan with canola oil and sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes a side.

Bake in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 155. This will carry to 160 and ensure a tender chicken breast. All chicken sizes are different. This is the best way to make sure chicken is cooked properly.
