is areally easy three ingredient barbecuechicken recipe and it’s in the crock-potso it literally couldn’t be easier Ihave the insert for my crock-pot righthere and I just filled it with about 1/49 making a really easy threeingredients barbecue chicken recipe wehave chicken thighs already in thecrotch yeah and we’re going to add 1 to2 teaspoons ah this is just a barbecuerub seasoning that I made but you canuse whatever you have on hand you canuse whatever your favorite is and whatwe want to try to do is just likesprinkle it all around oh yeah sprinkleit all over the chicken thighs that wehave here in the crock-pot and then wejust have the loss of radiant witchesBobby is so awesome in this port and[Music]yeah you got all of it out good job andwhat’s really great about communion forabout about half a cup ofpeanut butter and usually I’d like touse something that doesn’t have anysugar in it but obviously use what youhaveI’m during this time we’re basicallytrying to use what we have a lot so I’mgoing to put this into the microwave forabout 30 seconds so it can get reallyloose and it’s going to be easier to mixokay my group is over here good okay sonow we also don’t have rice krispiestreats so we’re going to use what wehave and we actually just have Cheeriosthese are just no later yes obviouslyyou can use what you have we you know asa treat I often get the honey nutcheerios but we don’t have that today sowe’re just going to use Cheerios andbasically whatever cereal you haveyou’re going to use the same processthat’s daddy daddy’s watching us you sayhi and over here on its premise Brandiswatching so Miss Randy was the one thatasked for this healthier rice krispiestreats recipe so this one’s for youRandy okay so we have our melted peanutbutter here so we just have a half a cupof peanut butter here in this bowlthat’s been melted it’s nice and gooeyso now we’re going to be very cool okaynow do you want toadd in the maple syrup yes so this isactually a sugar-free maple syrup thatwe had that we usually use for playingpancakes yeah so Harrison gonna mix itall up and obviously if you havetraditional brother do it because youokay so if you have the traditionalmaple syrup go ahead and use that youcould also use agave you could use honeywhatever kind of liquid sweetener youhave in the house that’s going to makethis oh wow it smells so good it smellslike maple I love it okay okay now for acouple of extra seasonings and this isoptional depending on what you like soI’m adding in cinnamon 1 TSP and this istag give lots of yummy flavor I lovecinnamon so so good and I think I justyeah we put cinnamon and cinnamon rollsvery good bad okay this one is vanillaextract so I’m going to pour it intothis teaspoon measure and we’re gonna do1 teaspoon of vanilla extract as welljust an optional extra so pour that inbed good job okay that’s it keep mixingHarrison you’re doing a great job[Music]you know I think someone else doing thisto see we have mama Chris can you say hiand we have no lie can you say hi nowover here we have my mine well we can’tsee you neither right now we just wejust know that she’s watching ok andshe’s probably watching with Sissy canyou see oh good okay now we’re gonna addin our cereal of choice usually ricekrispies in this case Cheeriosso we have 4 cups cereal and it’s goingto look like ooh careful but let me dothis pack this one’s gonna get messyusually it’s going to look like you donot have enough liquid for the amount ofcereal as long as youmixie then it will come together reallywell so don’t worry about it at alland you could also add peanut butter runin yes that’s right that’s what we wantto happen you could also add otherthings into this like if you wanted toadd chopped nuts or fruit yeah was itactually it’s not as she said Oliviasays low high and so you can reallycustomize this and what’s really fun soyou can add literally almost anythingyou like I could even use a mixture ofdifferent cereals which would be reallyfun like if you had a few odds and endsof different cereals which sometimes wedo and no one really wants to eat likeyou know the last little bit this wouldbe a great way of utilizing thoseleftovers and it’s all mixed togetherthat is it so what we’re going to do islet me just move this to the side andI’m going to grab my glass dish yeahlet’s see Nana said we are making yourmuffins today wow that’s awesome ThankYou Nana they’re going to make them upin the banana bread muffins that we didremember we get them on Monday yeah yeahso now what we’re going to do is we havethis lost square it is you could use anysize or shape dish that you can I have alittle bit of cockpit paper in it thatwill help to remove the rice krispiestreats after they cooled and set up inthe fridge and then we just transferthis into so what we want to do is whenwe put it into the dish we just yeah[Music]okay so I’m literally just pushing downthis actually make sure that it’s alwayslaughs and even now one thing they didwhen it was like Halloween time youcould absolutely do this now to is ifyou had sprinkles at this time you couldalso top it with extra sprinkles andthat’s it guys let me show you this isall been flattened down boys did a greatjob doing this and obviously like if youthink I just stepped on a cheerio beforeokay so this is just a great thing to do[Music]so we have it all flattened out and anice wet layer we just put this in thefridge to set up usually it will takebetween 30 minutes to an hour and thenyou’re ready to just let’s see okaylet’s see Miss Brandi said YUM –
