sorry okay hi Michelle here with ong ornext generation today we’re gonna donachos one of my favorite meals so it’sgoing to be barbecued chicken nachosand of course nachos you can putanything you like but I’ll go ahead andtell you what we’re gonna do today and Ihave a few things out so what we’regonna need is we have some chicken andthen I have the barbecue sauce of yourtaste this one happens to be hickorysmoke you can do spicy you can do honeymustard we’ve got a spicy jalapeno beansthis is this is what you call therefried beans and I also love to useranch beans and this awesome it hasnacho or the jalapenos in it so first wedo is begin our of course can opener andopen all the cans I prepped those aheadof time so we have or this is a ranchbean style we have our refried beans ina jar my family likes things hot hot andhotter this is the hell of pingyaopeppers I just dumped in a bowl I havetomatoes so I want to remind you oncutting the tomato and the fact ispeople think for kids they should have adull knife really it is more unsafe issafer to use a sharp knife than a dullknife as a sharp knife you remember wekeep our fingers and our thumb tucked inwe cut off the ends but with a dullknife what happens is we try to grab itto cut because it’s not cutting sharp sopeople will grab it and hang on to itand that’s how you get hurt you get yourfingers cut so Tucker fingers in ourthumb in and we’regonna slice some Tomatoes and I like tokind of stack them up so I can cut moreat oncekeep your fingers you use this as acutting balance right there so you moveyour fingers back and you slice let meslice let me keep cutting so we cut allthese tomatoes with their fingers tuckedin and we have a whole bunch in our bowlthere we go now another thing I want todo for after we do our chili while I goahead and just cut off any of thelettuce what looks bad you know some ofthese are wilting and I just use a papertowel and I just kind of tap it or youcan put in one of those ear dryers and Iforgot the mitten I already have myhands washedbut we always wash our hands so I’ll goahead and do that because I was alwaystold that work in a cafeteria a lot ofkids versus and we’re ready to rock theroll so the chicken on a earlier cookingclass you can look it back at it but ifyou get a whole chicken you boil it forabout an hour and a pot of hot water youcan look back into debt a lot of timesthey have really nice chicken alreadywhat is really reasonable that’s whatthey get people in the store to get thisreally nice chicken so what we do iswe’re just gonna pull apart the chickenI take the skin off and just leave theskin off and just pullPARP the chicken there you goand as we make barbecue chicken we’lltake the chicken over to the stove withour chicken or beans and our barbecuesauce turn your up and on prep it soit’ll be preheating bake 350 and we’regonna cook them in the oven till thecheese is melted about 15 minutes so I’mgoing to add my chicken pan turn it onto medium sauce this kind of gets it allsoaked in I like this is because it’ssoaks into the chicken so when you’reeating the nachos you have the greatflavor of the barbecued chickens withthe sauce cooking all the way throughthe chicken I even used to kind of beansand like most people I’m sure yourfamily when you order pizza it’s halfyou know cheese or pepperoni in halfyou know just cheese and mushroom orwhatever you like so I’m gonna do a fewdifferent beans so as I’m using theseranch beans with how Wilkins in them I’mgonna go ahead and put those in and someof use the refried beans so we’re justgonna heat this up oh I would say aboutthree minutes so this is this is going Ican do it I’ll turn it down to lowremove your Tinsel’slet’s come back and get our chips on thecookie sheet now I’m gonna show you away I usehave to do as much cleaning and you maylike this is a youth oil are you can usea baking sheet let me show you and puttin foil on it so it’s deeper and youcan do more I like to do a bowl so youdon’t have to keep putting your fingersin the bag in case you don’t use it allso I am using a couple different kindslike this one whatever you prefer thisone’s a triple cheddarthey got sharked and mild this is anacho cheese blend but it has differentkinds of cheeses it has Jack cheeseMonterey cheese a little bit ofeverything so that’s my two cups ofcourse you can always use more so whenwhen to first sprinkle the cheese allover look good and there’s some morechips over the weekend maybe your momyour dad your older sister or your oldenough make nachos I mean it is so funto do nachos everyone loves it ok sothere we got our cheese on and I’m goingto add the chicken and beans just gonnadrop it all on kind of mix it up so it’skind of and here is refried beans andactually you can use just three fivegreens or hot beans and you just do is Ikind of like a dollop everywhere justadd a little bit beans we’re gonna makethis very tastyand of course the jalapenos just placethem around and if you like it hot putit on one side and if you don’t like ithot just do for one side and one sideleave plain and I really like to add alittle bit more cheese and this cheeseis called the creamy melt Mexican so itwill it’s guaranteed to melt on yournachos don’t reach my hand in the bagand I’m just gonna top it off now if youwant to write down in the comment whatwhat kind of things do you like on yournachosin fact I looked up and when I put inGoogle it said that nachos was firstmade in 1943 in Mexico and then whatthey used to do is they did for the USArmy what they did is a wife and theirfriends got together and make big bignachos for their service men when theycome home now I have lettuce onionstomatoes if you want to add your itemsyou can add it now the lettuce andtomato sour cream guacamole and awaittell it comes out of it so there that iswe also have here is hot sauce gpio hotsauce really hot sauce we have salsa andsour cream and you can get through wakkaWooley I like to I’ll show you what apole I have one in the oven I like tokeep a ranch dressing so when it comesout is a barbecue ranch and we I kind ofmake a salad nacho okay so we’re gonnaput this one in and pull the other oneoutyou know if you want to since I like todo the simple wait so they can justthrow throw their plate away I like tojust do paper plates or if you want youcan do a regular plate since it’s so hotdon’t touch the pan I’ll let it cool I’mgonna just go ahead and show you how Ido a plate so look how good that looksnow we’re gonna add the things I want solet’s say I’m gonna do a dollop the sourcream there it goes I want a little bitof tomatoes sprinkle a little tomatoesthere you go and I love to make it intoa salad so that’s one of them look atthat one the next one I’m gonna makeinto a salad so what I’m gonna do ismake a nacho I’d like to add my lettucemy tomatoes my sour cream a dollop ofsour cream and then ranch dressingwith your little ranch dressing thereyou goBon Appetit so the best thing you can dois decide what you want you can makethis beef chicken you can have any kindof hot sauce I would put these out thetable to add a hot sauce you can addsliced avocados guacamole and there yougoplease write a comment if you would youlike on your nachosand if you’d like to see other cooking’sthis is Michelle saying have an awesomeand exciting day at omg our nextgeneration bye bye
