[Music]hi everyone welcome back to our Channeltoday we’re going to be making low carbbarbecue chicken wingsthey’re also keto friendly and they’reso delicious and easy to makewe wash their chicken wings with waterand vinegar and then lightly seasonedthem with garlic powder onion powderseasoning salt and paprika and thenplace them on a baking dish that wesprayed with Pam now you will be placingthem in the oven at 350 degrees andcooking them for 30 minutesto make the barbecue sauce we will beusing two cups of sugar-free Heinzketchup1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 1tablespoon of smoked paprika 1tablespoon of garlic powder 1 tablespoonof onion powdertwo tablespoons of Worcestershire saucesorry if I did not pronounce that rightI really tried and three to fourtablespoons of your favorite sweetenerwe did use monk fruit but you can alsouse swerve and you want to sweeten totaste we did add three teaspoons of hotpepper sauce but you can add as many asyou like or omit it keep to taste andnow all we did was mix mix until it’sall blended together do taste it at thispoint to see if it does need a littlebit more sweetener here it is ready tobe placed on our chicken wings that havebeen baking in the oven and our chickenwings have been baking for thirtyminutes here they are they’re notcompletely cooked we are gonna put thebarbecue sauce and cook them for another15 minutes so to clarify we cook ourchicken wings for 30 minutes take themout put the sauce on put them back infor 15 minuteswe will begin to add our low-carb Kidobarbecue sauce on to our chicken wingsand we’re going to rub it on both sidesif you don’t have a brush like this youcan just also use a spoon we just happento have this brush and trying to figureout because we normally use the spoonbut we recently bought this brush okayso once they’re all covered we’re nowgoing to put it back into the oven for15 minutes depending on how quick youropenness you do want to watch becauseyou don’t want it to burn here it is ourchicken wings guys these are deliciousthey really are and they were easy tomake to be fancy we just added somepretty Tomatoes to the platehope you enjoyed come back soon
