everybody good evening and welcome backyou know released a video yesterday ofKannada is doing kind of just like awalk around with a grill and like atime-lapse assembly and I released thatvideo yesterday well today we’re gonnado our first cook on itwell now first cook I did some Ciscobombs for dinner last night they werepretty good but today we’re gonna do ourfirst recorded dipso for that we’re gonna do some chickenwings I’ll bring you inside a littlelater to show you that but I figured Iwould start out here at the grilltonight and just show you how you getthis goingyou can see right here I’ve got a bag ofsome Kingsford apple which I’ll oh Ilove apple wood with chicken wings withthe first step is to open up your topthis is completely empty right now stepto open up the bottom and then you cankind of sort of see there’s this littleslot right here a tumbleweed starterwhat do you leave them around theyreally don’t work they don’t fit theslot so I kind of like kind of take themapart and flatten them I know whatyou’re going to go ahead and do is stickit this all step 3 is you’re gonna lightitI mean right light does burn for about aminute or two and then I’m gonna turnthe grill on so I will show you how todo that step four I’m gonna go ahead andpull these out he’s kind of this foryour airflow all right next up I’m gonnaget this thing turned on and I’m gonnaset my tent today right on h2 200 I’mgonna do these wings at about 200 up forthe first part of the cook see it is setup to and then the last and final stepwould be shutting these two doors againthere are two limit switches on here soyour fan will not turn on unless youshut the two doorsalright last thing is just let thisthing come up the town yesterday it ispretty impressive how quick the samecomes up to temp so I’m guessing maybefive ten minutes and she’ll be rightaround two hundred so I will see youinside and I’ll give you a quick peek atthe wings before I throw them onalrighty we are back real quick give youa quick shot at the wings before I throwthem on rub these things down about ahalf hour agothe rub we used was the sucker Buster’shog Waller and then you can see on theleft there we got some more of the COSholes we got the wing dust I’m gonnapull that on at the end on all the wingsand then you can kind of see – we gotthe Kosmos barbecue sauce the the peachhabanero half the wings are also gonnaget tossed in there so now well besidesthat you can hear mini mad horse in thebackground there he’s he’s wanting somewings too I thinkbut besides that I’m gonna throw theseon the grill and I will give you a quickshot when I get him on there so see themalrighty we are back just put the wingson give you a quick peek not really surewhy I decided to cook on that front butbesides that we’re gonna cook at 200 for30 minutes and then we’re gonna crankthis tempo so I will pick back up when Ido that already we were back when – beenon for a half an hour there Leiby so nowI’m gonna go ahead do is turn the tentgrill up to 325 and here that fan kickin and like I said what’s impressive isand I bet you it goes from 200 to 325 Ibet you it takes less than 5 minutesactually I bet you it takes less than 3minutes but I’m gonna let these go for20 minutes flip them let them go for 15and then pull them off so I will giveyou a I don’t know I might give you onefinal look out here before I plate themup either way we’ll see in a little bitall righty so we are back I’m about topull these things off give you a quickpeek there they be wings have been onfor a total of one hour there I’m gonnapull them off so I’m gonna give them adusting of that cosmos kickin Cajun orwhateverI’m gonna toss half of these in thatpeach habanero and I will pick back upone more time and alrighty we are backinto this time to eat these were on fora total of water we did 30 minutes at200 and then we did 15 minutes at 325flip them and put them on for another 15minutespull them off toss the right half herein you know the Kosmos peach habaneroand then the left side was just dry Iput that wing dust on everything sowithout further ado let’s go ahead andjust give this a taste test try the softone firstI do like that peach over here oh thatis really goodlet’s go ahead and try the dry bulb I’mfantastic I’m gonna give the edge to thesoft stop ones yeah just a quick sidenote I’m gonna eat before that I’m justgonna say how impressed I am with thatmasterbuilt so farit holds town pretty dang like it’spretty impressive how well it holds themand I’m really looking for to do morecups out of it so now besides that I’mgonna sign off you guys are girls have agood nightand now we will see you next time
