The first time I tried Nando’s peri peri chicken it was in Canada ?? & I liked it. So I decided to make some for my friend as his birthday gift ? & some for my family. I didn’t necessary have all the ingredients they actually use at their restaurant but it was pretty close to it. First attempt second coming soon!!
Ingredients:
Oil
Cilantro
Italian Paisley
Lemon zest & lemon juice
Fresh garlic & ginger
Ground garlic
Red onion
Mixer of peppers (spicy)
Black pepper
Seasoning salt & salt
Smoked Paprika
Apple cider vinegar
White vinegar
Bay leaves
Bell peppers
Oregano
Thymes
Lemon & pepper seasoning
If you have sunflower oil add it, I didn’t have some.
