In this outdoors adventure I slap some altai hok skis onto my feet and head off into the woods for some off-track skiing with my buddy Konrad. We traverse narrow trails, dense bush and a small undeveloped lake, in our search for a prime spot to BBQ some chicken souvlaki on my twig stove.
