OLD SCHOOL GRILLED CHICKEN ALFREDO FOR MY NEIGHBORS DURING THIS CRAZY CRISIS

OLD SCHOOL GRILLED CHICKEN AND FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

This is a yummy yummy full filling dish
And it’s so easy to make
Stop buying alfredo sauce in the jar
It’s easy to make at home
Recipe
1 pint heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons garlic powder or 1 teaspoon garlic salt or 1 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 oz whole butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

In sauce pot bring cream to a boil
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes or until slightly reduced and thickened

Add sauce to 1 pound cooked fettuccine and toss
Add to baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese
Add GRILLED chicken and bake in oven for 10 minutes

by 10 on myneighbor’s here I’m gonna package it upand deliver it to them in the next houror so but I’m gonna do some moreOh speaker they see anything I couldthink that would be a blessing so I’mgonna do some grilled chicken outside onmy grill I’m gonna do some fettuccinealfredo I will show y’all how to makefresh out Rado sauce and pasta also gotsome I did this video before I also gotsome blood on the pies that I did forthem so that’s enough to feed 10 peopleI made a couple of government piles sothat’s really easy to make – so I gotthat already done but I’m not sure thiswhat y’all how do they do the grilledchicken fettuccine alfredo so y’alltrying to bear with me cuz with thesesocial dishes in and stuff like that Ihave no cameraman I have no video andagain these people are trying to getbehind me and tell me what’s wrong andwhat I need to move so I’m doing all ofthis by myself and trying to keep thisold-school going by myself until allthis is oh so y’all bear with me whenI’m moving the camera and stepping oncamera so kind of bad wait look I don’thave my group my I usually have threepeople behind the scenes kind of make melook good so I’m doing it by myself soI’m doing the best I can so anyway whenwe get started here I got my pasta potgoing here in the backheating up I got our water in saltedwater make sure you salt your water veryvery good and what I’m gonna do now I’mgonna turn the camera off I’m gonna gooutsidechicken on the grill but this chicken imarinated it was been marinating aboutthree or four hours only thing I have inhere and I’ll help some olive oil I usemy cabin and meats even what I use allthe time it’s a lemon pepper and I use alittle Italian dressing and I’ll letthat marinate in there and that’s allit’ll be Italian dressinglemon pepper powder this meat seasoningand olive oil you can use vegetable oilif you don’t have on the board so that’swhat I do and I mislead a man in two orthree hours gives a nice flavorful juicychicken and green is I got the recipe onthe script in the video how afraid ofslugs I put on there on this Parmesancheese heavy whipping cream garlicpowder you can use fresh garlic top Idon’t do that because you have to spenda night I’m just don’t like the taste ofgarlic like thatso I use garlic powder it does what Ineed to do salt and pepper and I finishwith a little chopped parsleyso anyway I’m gonna go put my chicken onthe grill get it thrilling outside andwhy that’s grilling I’ll be doing I’llget that out Fredo sauce going togetherso we’ll be right back oh god y’all weback here first thing I’m gonna do I’mgonna cream cuz I need to retake thiscream and I need to reduce it I’m makinga lot of thought because they told youI’m cooking for 10 people knowing thatwouldn’t cook this much sauce but I’mknowing for a lot of pasta whole poundsI’m doing what I’m doing I want thisstuff to come to a boil and reduce likethree-quarters of the way down and thenon my hat the rest of the stuff and if Ihave to thicken it sometimes they’llthicken itself to where I want it but ifI don’t I’ll handle or cornstarch to itso we’ll see how those I’ll be rightback I’m gonna check on my chicken I’lllift it out go outside I’m garlic powder to this while thismorning alreadylike I said you can use and take the topoff you use much of our less garlic asyou want okay powder in there next thingthe foaming jungchi’swhich is gonna rightah today onlylike that buttermilk in there[Music]because this is not a low-calorie saucewe got putting in all that cream butit’s so goodwho doesn’t like fettuccine alfredofettuccine is coming along my chicken iscoming along outside I trucked the grilloff to the chicken is ready this gonnatake long to bring together at alllike I said just stick like this don’tbeat when I reduce another bite I’m thispasta baby this salsa be completelyready to see right now huh behind thethicknesses on it but think about theassault you got a continuously staresbecause it will burn on you in a minutebecause it’s cream cream with thoughtsscars very quickly and with the guardit’s hot in there and plumbing doesn’tcheese food you don’t take by the secondyou walk away from the stove you gotthis thing off it will stick or it wasuh it was burn on you being you rathersconce is going and cream is not cheapso anyway I’ll be right back here whenthe fettuccine gets ready and willpretty much plate this thing up now I’m gonna cutthis off couple pops off and I’m gonnadrain it and then we put two put thisthing to goso it’s always a quick meal and anotherthing no bottom alfredo sauce is in thestore in the didn’t absorb that stuff isabsolutely horrible tasteI mean we’re gonna put this thing soI’ll be right back with the chicken andwon’t put this whole thing togetherwe’ll be right backfirst thing I’m gonna
