PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES

Ingredients:

Chicken legs or preferred parts

Seasoning: PLEASE ADJUST TO YOUR TASTE!
2 tbs garlic powder
2 tbs onion powder
1 tbs chili powder
2 tbs knorrs bouillion powder
1 tbs paprika
1tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbs oil

To make the glaze: * PLEASE ADJUST TO YOU PREFERRED TASTE*
1 cup mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
4 tbs honey
season mix to taste
3 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs worchetshire sauce

hey y’all welcome back today I’m gonnabe making some roasted chicken legs withsweet and tangy sauce guys so good let’sget to the tutorial you know how we doit over here we gotta start with ourseasoning okay make everything start toso I’m gonna put in my bowl here I’m alittle small bow cute little bow somegarlic powder onion powder and I’m gonnaput my work you know how we do it thatnoise chicken boo Yong so good Frenchdon’t chicken anyone add some chilipowder and some pepper Iike her for lookCarla okay I’m gonna add some koshersalt and also a little bit of blackpepper and all you guys know all theingredients along with the measurementsto be in the description box below sodon’t you fret honey I got you so nowI’m gonna add some brown sugar to thebowl because I like to use brown sugarwith this particular recipe because itgives the chicken nice carmelization alittle bit of sweetness on there okaynow I got my chicken legs here you canuse any type of chicken you want you toparts or assorted pieces I want to usechicken legs because that’s what me andmy daughter like over here and as youcan see I clean my chicken honey and I’mpatting the dry like Beyonce Fat Joe welater back back back John wheeling babyPat this chicken dry so don’t be rubberyand that skin be hanging like the end ofa t-shirt we don’t need it want to benice and Christmas doctor I also gavethis chicken a little trim and I gave alittle chicken to little chickens timeit took okay I remove a little bit ofthe fat and also if you want to I don’tknow who wanna eat some feathers I dotalk about you in a crew chance for realremove the feathers of the chicken okaynormally be at the end of the chickenokay but you want to remove the featherstoo and I’m gonna take my kitchen toolsthat I love to use which are my handsyes honey I’m gonna take my hands andonce we season the chicken and rub itdownthat’s right I sprinkle that season upon there just let the spirit lead youand if you don’t know how to season howto just catch the hold of those realquick and just just sprinkle sprinklesprinkle and put that up in there okayand as you can see there is no water atthe bottom of this bowl y’all because Iwant you to know it’s important for youto pack that chicken try to get theremorse to out so you can get crispychicken and as if you use your handswith seasoned and chicken and toss itaround just you just watch with someanti bacterial soap to make sure thatyou clean your hands properly okay soyou could get nobody sick up in therenow I’m gonna be wrecking with big kidof the day got my cast on I just put alittle bit of oil at the bottom of itjust to make sure that we get a nicecrust on the bottom and top of thechicken I like to cook everythingfound as you guys notice how we do itover here on this channel baby but Ialso like to particularly roast mychicken and cat fans because it givesnice crispy skin at the bottom and thetop and I’m folding the skin back on thechicken okay because I pulled thebackground to get that seasoned up inthere I pulled the skin back on top I’mgonna drizzle it with a little bit ofolive oil or vegetable oil just to makesure that chicken skin get nice andcrispy okay do that now we’re gonnapreheat our oven for on 400 degrees andthen we’re going to bake the chicken for1 hour until it gets nice and crispy andtender okay inside – for 1 hour on 400400 degrees y’all so while the chickenis baking we’re gonna start on theSouth’s honey okay go make a sauce andthis is a mustard based sauce okay um Ilike this sauce this way but you canadjust it to your liking have you wantto do it but I will listen very much mykitchen was being Shadyokay make sure you got some kitchendon’t be like me so I gotta start withsome mustard I’m gonna do a little bitof ketchup in there and some honey andthen I want to add in the brown sugarcome on leave it down up in there okaycuz I like the way the brown sugar justgive it nice and flavor from themolasses and all that I like honey andbrown sugar that’s how I like to do itokay and then I’m gonna add my seasoningin there the same season I’m using onchicken in the sauce okay we recycleevery cycle not seasoning there’s like alittle bit of Worcestershire sauce andwe’re going to stir it around we’re notgoing to boil this because we’re gonnapour it on top of the chicken it’s gonnacaramelize in the oven when we put itback in there anyway so you ain’t evengot the boy this on the stove but as youcan see it look real good make sure youtaste it and adjust it to your likingy’all okay so now the chicken is done upyesnow look you can eat this chicken justlike this it’s good crispy skin all thathard and put your little rice on theside you just like this wing or do itlike that dead baby we’re gonna put thatglaze up on them okay so what we gonnado now we’re gonna take our glaze uh-huhbaby take your time and do it right youcan do it baby do it all night and we goglaze the chicken like did y’all I’mtaking my time and I’m making sure thateach piece of chicken get that glazedsock dudeokay so just take your time put thatglaze on there now if you want to rushand just pull all the glaze onone time you could do that baby justrespect the chicken the chicken gave hislife for us okay it died and gave itslife make sure you just respect it hmmthat glaze the chick I’m taking mylittle spoon yeah I got and I’m gonnajust put that glaze up in therechopped up in the creases in thecrevices uh-huh turn around turn aroundturn around so y’all can see it and lookat that look at there right there babythis place so good now you can use thisglaze like I said on chicken on fish onhamburgers po child whatever you wantthese wheels on chicken today but I’mtelling you it’s delicious justrefrigerate the leftovers and you goodto go now what I want to do now is afterI finished glazing that last piece likethere right theremm-hmm we’re gonna stick it under thebroiler in your oven put your broiler onlow put it back into the oven on lowunder the broiler for about five to sixminutes make sure you watch your honeycuz you don’t want to burn your chickenbroil it for about five to six minuteson low and look that’s how it looks itis so good god is she getting so tenderand delicious I actually like to finishmine up with a few chopped scallions onthere just like that right there if younever had no green onions on top of yourbaked chicken you missing out onsomething okay let me tell you somethingas you can see we are done you can makesome rice some mashed potatoes or evenhave a little side salad with it is sogood y’all look at
