All you need for this recipe is:
For wings marination:
10 pcs / 1 kg chicken wings (better to have them with skin
3 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
1 tsp chilli flakes (kuti lal mirch)
1 tsp black pepper (kali mirch powder)
1 tsp cumin powder (zeera )
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp all spices (garam masala)
1 tsp garlic powder (adrak powder)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 and 1/4 tsp salt (namak)
3 tbsp cooking oil
For Sauce:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 cup tomato paste (tamatar)
1 tbsp crushed coriander (kuta sabat dhanya)
1/4 tsp salt (namak)
1/2 tsp cumin powder (zeeea powder)
1/4 tsp chilli flakes (kuti lal mirch)
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 bell pepper (cut into rings)
2 onion (cut into rings)
