INGREDIENTS:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg, fried onions 1/2 cup, coriander leaves 1tbls, mint leaves 1tbls, salt 1/2 tsp, soy sauce 1/2 tbls, black paper 1/2 tsp, vinegar 1 tbls, chili sause 1 tbls, lime/ lemon juice 1/2, green chili 1, garlic powder or garlic mince 1 tbls, tikka masala 1tbls, siracha sause or red chili powder 1/2 tspn. Roll sheets as required.
For Binding:
Plain flour 2tbls, water 2tbls
METHOD:
Boil and shred the chicken and put it in big bowl.
Add fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, soy sause, black paper, vinegar, chili sause, lime/lemon, green chili, garlic, tikka masala, suracha sause/red chili powder.
Mix all very well.
Heat charcoal and lets give smoke in the mixture by adding oil on charcoal. Put lid on for 5min.
After 5min remove the lid and give a quick mix.
Make a binding mixture by mixing plain flour and water. Make a thick paste.
Now start making rolls.
Fry in medium hot oil.we can check temperature my putting back side of wooden spoon in oil, if the speed of bubbles is too much then it means that oil is super hot. Bubbles should be medium in speed.
Add rolls in oil and fry untill they will turn in golden color. Serve it with chatni or ketchup
