Soba cold noodle & grilled saba fish/chicken wings…日式冷麵 & 烤魚/雞翅

日式冷麵 & 烤雞翅/烤鯖魚

主要材料:
蕎麥麵 1包(超市購買)
蕎麥麵調味醬汁 1瓶 (超市購買)
雞蛋 2粒
青蔥 適量(切成蔥花)
紫菜 適量(切絲)
鯖魚 1包(超市購買,一包有2片)
雞翅膀 5-6支(個人喜好分量)

調味料:

冰糖
雞湯精華
橄欖油

做法:
1. 把蕎麥麵倒入滾開的水裡煮5分鐘。
2. 把煮好的蕎麥麵取出浸泡在冰塊水裡備用。
3. 打出2顆蛋,加入 ½ 茶匙的鹽,冰糖和雞湯精華攪拌均勻調味。
4. 把蛋液倒入熱油裡煎至兩面金黃取出切絲備用。
5. 把1茶匙的冰糖, ½ 茶匙的鹽, ½ 茶匙的雞湯精華和少許的橄欖油加入雞翅膀裡醃製入味。
6. 先把烤箱用210‘C預熱10分鐘(轉至“熱風燒烤”的標誌)
7. 在烤網上刷上一些牛油,排列好鯖魚和醃製好的雞翅。
8. 放入烤箱用210‘C燒烤10分鐘。
9. 10分鐘後取出在表面刷上牛油再燒烤個2分鐘。
10. 把鯖魚取出,雞翅膀翻面再刷上牛油再烤個3分鐘就完成了。
11. 可以在烤好的鯖魚上灑上一點鹽或甜醬油(個人喜好)。
12.將蕎麥麵擺盤好後灑上一些蛋絲,蔥花和紫菜就可以享用了✅

Soba cold noodle with grilled chicken wings & Saba fish

Main ingredients:

Soba noodles 1 pack (bought from grocery)
Soba sauce 1 bottle (bought from grocery)
Eggs 2 pcs
Green onion appropriate amount
Seaweed appropriate amount
Saba fish 1 pack (bought from grocery)
Chicken wings 5-6 pcs (personal preference serving portion)

Seasoning:

Salt
Rock sugar
Chicken stock
Olive oil

Method:
1. Cook the soba noodles with boiled water for 5 mins.
2. Take out the noodles and soak in the ice water and set aside.
3. Take out 2 eggs, add ½ teaspoon of salt, rock sugar and chicken stock and stir it well.
4. Fried the eggs and cut shreds set aside.
5. Marinate the chicken wings with 1 teaspoon of rock sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of chicken stock and some olive oil.
6. Pre heat the oven with “fan with grill” 210’C for 10 mins.
7. Apply some butter on baking tray, and put on the chicken wings and saba fish.
8. Grilled for 10 mins with 210’C.
9. After 10 mins take out and apply some butter and grilled for another 2 mins.
10. Take out the saba fish & flip the chicken wings apply some butter grilled for another 3 mins.
11. Can add some salt or sweet soy sauce on the saba fish (personal preference).
12. Add some shreds eggs , green onion and seaweed on the soba noodles, ready to be served✅
