This recipe you can marinade the wings up to 8 wings. This recipe is not just my fav menu but it’s my husband’s favorite as well. It’s very simple and easy to cook. I am confident to say that you can’t go wrong with it.
I hope that this video can motivate you to cook simple but delicious Thai dish at home.

Tips:
– If you don’t want it this dark colour you can reduce dark soy sauce.
– you don’t need to repeating coat the wings twice. I did it because I love thicker sauce on the wings as it is just perfect when I have it with sticky rice.
Ingredients
– 1 tsp of dark soy sauce
– 1.5 tbsp of palm sugar but if you don’t have it use a full tbsp of brown sugar instead .
– 1.5 tbsp of light soy sauce
– 2.5 tbsp of oyster sauce
– 5 to 8 chicken wings
