what is going on guys Matt here withj-town outdoor is bringing you anothervideo today about my favorite rib recipenow ribs could be one of those kind ofhard items to cook on a grill but I havea recipe down pat to give you the besttasting ribs in an hour so stay tunedI’m going to show you how to make theseribs and what secrets you have to use tomake sure you get these ribs cook justto perfection and you’re going to belicking your fingers after you’re done[Music][Music]so we have here our ribs spareribs yougot 16 sheets of tin foil about the sizeof the ribs they’re four sheets for eachpiece of rib here and then our seasoningwhatever you’re going to use for yourrub ticket any rings bracelets watchesoff when you’re doing this because youdon’t want to get any raw meat on it sobasically you’re just gonna take yourrib here or what I try to do is only useone hand but sometimes you forget andtouch your container but you can wipethat off and rinse it off so just kindof sprinkle on on you want to get a goodcoverage there and then flip it over nowI leave the membrane on the back of theribs some people take it off I find thatmy seasoning still seasons everythingenough to where I don’t need to thenyou’re just going to wash your handsreal quick before you tinfoil everything[Music]you pick your towels handy right hereand then this in tin foilnice and easy flipyou know what you do is you alternateyour seems because this is going tocreate a lot of juice in here whenyou’re cooking these so you don’t wantthe juice leaking through this piece offoil and that’s one set and you’re goingto repeat that for four times and thenyou’ll have four sets of ribs ready togo all right so so the grill were usingtoday to cook these ribs is a webergenesis – it’s a four burner propanegrill right now I have the temperatureat 400 degrees basically turns all theknobs to the three o’clock position andthat’ll give you 400 what you want to dois now that you got your everything at400 you’re gonna take your tinfoilslabs here what I usually do is put themfaithful up first so the bone size downor the side down I’ll force it on herejust nice so if it’s two racks basicallyof spare ribs and now we’re gonna closethis make sure we keep it at 400 it’sgonna take a minute for that to comeback up and we’re gonna set timer for 30minutes at that point in time you’llcome back and flip those ribs over thatway you’re giving it even cooking we’regonna set for another 35 minutes so wehave a an hour and five minutes totaland then at that point we’ll open thosepackages up we’ll get our favoritebarbecue sauce baste these ribs and thencook them for about five to sevenminutes on each side with the barbecuesauce on it so we get a little bit ofchar on there and give a little moreflavor of the actualflame from the grill and then grate fromthe grill we’ll be back with you in 30minutes all right so we reached our halfhour mark it’s time to do the flip thereyou go set it for 35 minutes this timeand we’ll see you thenall right so we just hit our hour andfive minute mark it is now time openthis guy up you’re gonna want to do isjust get yourself a pair nitrile glovesI know they are spare right now but I dohave enough to still cook with I alwayskeep a box just for cooking and grillingyou want to get all the stuff on youTaman ate your foodsee induces there as you start gettingdown always a pair of tongs – they kindof help this process out be careful whendoing this that tin foil will be hot howyou know your ribs are really cookinghere and that they’re doing well is thatthe meat will start to shrink up on thebone and you’ll actually start to seesome of that bone peek out directionshere in terms of time frame you shouldnot have to worry about checking thesehigh temperatures for any reasonyou’re gonna take your sweet baby Ray’sbecause that’s America’s favoritebarbecue sauce right here and you’rejust gonna come across the top and thentake your brush just base that over thetop this is just giving a little moresweetness to these ribs with the rubthat I am using they are a more sweetrib and I will eventually share thatrecipe with you all basted here we’regonna do is we’re gonna flip them we’realso gonna base the undersidesure you got enough barbeque sauce soyou can have a little bit to dip inafter these are donerightso now what we’re gonna do is we’regonna do five minutes each side andthese ribs are gonna come out lookingfantastic so I will get back with youall gonna clean up this tin foil andwe’ll see you in five these ribs are alittle bit different thanfall-off-the-bone they have a little bitof tug to them which I find a littlemore appealing than follow up the boneribs yes everybody loves fall off thebone ribs but having a little bit of tugon that meat makes it ever so tender andit’s just got a wonderful juicy flavorto it one of the biggest secrets tothese ribs is heavy duty grilling foilwhether it’s Reynolds Wrap KingfordWalmart Target Walgreens brand foil itdoesn’t matter as long as it’sheavy-duty grilling foil you need foursheets and you need to wrap them tightalternate the seams and that’s going tokeeping the juicy goodness in these ribsthank you guys for watching I appreciateit so much please subscribe if you likethe video for more content coming herein the near future please also give thisa thumbs up and comment below if
