hey Jimmy with cuff and stuff barbecuewell today we’ve got another good onefor you we’ve got pork ribs in theairfryer we’re gonna go through this gothrough the steps with doing pork ribsthese are baby back ribs you could dospareribs of whatever kind you want Iwill go through it and show you how weprepared them how we put them in andcook them and how they turned out so ifyou haven’t already please hit thatbutton and subscribering that Bell so you don’t miss onewhen we come out with another video andlike the video so without further adohang tight okay well here’s what we’vedone we’ve pulled the membrane off okaywe’re gonna take and we’re gonna takethis piece off the end right herethere’s a little bone right there thenwe want to take off so we just want totake and cut that off and square that upmake it nice and prettysame thing on this end make it nice andpretty all right so we’ve got this isjust a regular baby back rib and whatwe’re gonna do is we’re gonna take we’regonna start on the big end and we’regonna find the bone and we’re just gonnacut right down the side of it and we’regonna cut into individual bones orindividual ribs like this and we’regonna cut them all it helps to have agood sharp knife get in hereswing the bones we’re gonna cut all ofthese like this okay next for a binderI’m just gonna use a little the in pairI’m just gonna put it over the top andrub it inand then you choose your rub this is one1/2 of the light I’m going to put agenerous little coating of rub over thetop of this also as I’m taking make sureI get it on the sides even though Ipulled the membrane off the bottom I’mnot gonna put it on the bottom this timejust because I think both sides and thetop is enough plus not a whole lot goingthrough that bone anyway so justand yeah now I know you a thousand timesyou’ll hear this called rub but don’trub it in take in press it in like thiswe’re gonna let it sit for a few minutesand let this marinate into the meat andthen we’ll bring you back okay we’ve letthis sit about 15 20 minutes or so and Ihope you can see that the moisturestarted to come back up through the rubso it’s really had time to sort ofmarinate in to the meat so what we’regonna do is we’re gonna space this outand I have a hole in the bottom of thisair fryer this is a top element airfryerso we’re gonna place those in the airfryer I’ve got there for our set on 400degrees we’re gonna set this on 15minutes and about halfway through we’regonna come back and check on it so whenwe do bring okay oh yeah starting tolook pretty goodwe’re starting to get a little bit ofdraw back and the hats rendering downlooks like we’re getting a good crust onthe topand let’s see where we are little ribsnow oh yeah so with our temp all rightso let me show you what I’m gonna doI’m gonna take this is a barbecue saucethat my family likes and I’m gonna takeput just a little bit of take the brushand make sure it’s just glazed over thetop of it here we go again smells goodall right so we’re gonna take and we’regonna put this back in let’s try anotherfive minutes or so I think that shouldbe enough as small as these are let’sput it back inwe’ll come back okay he’s old yeah 30pretty pretty prettylook at these these are pretty lookingOreosokay well the first batch is readylet’s take five dayslet’s give it a tryOh God[Music]lay that fight came off clean[Music]just make sure[Music]again that doesn’t have themsmoke could tasteif you smoke them or do them some otherways but I’m gonna tell you whatI still am astonished that how goodthis stuff comes out of the airfryerso[Music]as always if you haven’t subscribedalready please hit this button over herewe’ll have another video for you on thisside and so until the next time
