Recipe:
2 tbsps
Honey
Mustard Oil
Ketchup
Soya Sauce
Garlic paste
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Mix till the sugar dissolves.
Add WC sauce and port wine.
Add the pork chops and marinate for 6-8 hours.
Bake in the oven or tandoor for 20 minutes.
