Today we’re cooking barbecue in a pork oven. Barbecue is easy to make at home. You only need meat, skewers and an oven with a grill.
For 800 grams of pork meat (ideally take the neck)
1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of salt
Ground pepper
1/2 tbsp. spoons seasoning hops suneli
1 onion
We pickle the meat overnight, and then cook on the grill, 20-25 minutes. on baking paper
