[Music]barbecue Saturday that’s what a day isI’m so excited this is Bart Lowe’sbarbecue believe in barbecue dayit’s Saturday here in Oklahoma Citysuper excited about smoking some ribsteak pork ribs have been sitting in therefrigerator marinated all evening withmy Meat House honey rub so very excitedabout that got the grill getting preppedfired up ready to go it is a cold fronthere in Oklahoma City so that’s why I’mall dressed up in more winter gear butI’m still gonna get out there and smokemy pork ribs it’s gonna be awesome soI’m gonna come back atcha as we get thefire going and put these ribs on thekobato jo all right all right look atthat temperature over 300 which is whatI want I’m gonna try to get this thingdown to to you know 225 to 245 but youonce you open this thing up get it toburp a little bit I look at that fireready to go cannot wait to put all mygear on so here we go right here myfriends I’ve got some wood chunksthis is Hickory I’m gonna put some applecider in the trace here lay down theheat deflectors as always and then youput your grades on and then your meat onand you let it smoke I’m going to letthis thing smoke for three hours beforeI check on it I’m really pumped and thenI’m going to put some barbecue sauce andhoney mix together on this thing let itsmoke a little bit longer and we shouldbe ready to go after we smoke a few moreabout 30 more minutes after that soexcited about today’s smokeis going to be awesome believe inbarbecue alright friends we are going toshow you how I put my meat on the grilland do step by step everything so I’vegot really pretty hot here so first stepI’m going to put these heat reflectorson very careful as I do that but beforeI do my put my wood chunks in therespread them out a little bitthese are a little smaller I usually doa lot less if I have larger wood chipsbut I think this is going to be justfine just cook really about that fire isamazing we are going to put our 400figure we’re going to put some applecider to help keep the moisture there wegoall right a friends now the ladiesgreats on there going good feel the heatlet us find this is the ridgeamazing barbecue already put it there goahead and take off all sticky now myfriends we are going to close the lid Ilost some temperature it’s going tocreep right back up I’m going to leaveit a half inch just to get back up to225 up to 275 for ribs we want to keepit nice low and slow I cannot wait toreport back to you don’t have this thingis goingI believe in barbecue I friends thefinal product
