you girl shut up P romo STK jealous creations way and I’mgonna be preparing beer ribs porkspareribs and right now I’m gonna beputting my seasonings in here to getthem marinated I’ve already washed mymeat off and let’s get with theseasoning so the first thing I’m gonnado is I am going to add my powderedseasonings so the first one is going tobe my girl powder now take my legs offof it and I always just season on thetop because when I do that massageeverything in my mieze so that’s abouttwo tablespoons garlic powder rightthere and then I’m gonna use my pureground mustard and you can use actualmustard if you want it means about mmmtablespoon and a half maybe twotablespoons as a ground mustard you canuse actual yellow mustard too that wouldbe great as well now we’re going to getinto our celery seed we’re going to putabout a tablespoon of the celery seedand now we’re gonna go into ourseasoning that’s gonna give it a littlemore mmm a little more saltiness to itbecause we’re not going to put salt inhere so lemon pepper seasoning and youjust read the little beep my oven justpreheat it to 350 all right that is alittle pepper seasoning and then alongwith that we’ll do the soul foodseasoning and again a tablespoon to twotablespoons depending on your taste andthen of course black pepperin addition to that we’ll put our oystersauce in thereand I always gotta remember if yourbottles been sitting just shake it upbecause it always settles with at thebottomI always check that bottle works justthis hour and I’m put about two to threetablespoons in here on this week cuzremember we’re gonna be marinating andall this goodness and last but not leastis the onion and yeah I know what I needfrom that onionyeah yeah I’ll tell me what I need fromthe onionI need the juice so I’m gonna leave thispart on here I’m gonna cut this part offthis is Parma from this extra skin offof herewell what I’m gonna do is I’m gonnabreak okay we gonna get down to the meatof that onion we’re gonna do sit overhere I’m a Rachel up just a little bitwith that juice thisand we’re gonna get about maybe twothree tablespoons or more I mean it’snot our virtue for more you like onionsflavor the more the merrier you notgonna have big chunks of onion goodfresh onion juice is way better thanpowder onion and way better than justcutting up onions in here this juice isgone and that you know how will you bemessing around with onion how that’s itjuicing in handOh guess whatyeah juicing it really yeah what you’reabout not at least half of that honeywhat juice at least half nothing was asmall comedian playing it was not alarge onion at all but we’re gonna getas much juice cider spinning and we’llprobably let this marinate for about anhour because again everything is gonnacook in what’s in this bowl everything’sgonna be in here it’s all in there it’sall in there it’s a little therapeuticyoung and I normally know when to stopwhen I starts no the onion yes I’ll keepgoing until thisgoodness like I massage all this Fitnessover all this spirit oh yeah just gonnaget all up in there y’alland we’ll the ovens already preheated sowe will let this marinate for about anhour I got something else I’m going toput in the oven while the ovens on sincehe has already preheated put some sweetpotatoes in there we’re gonna have somebaked beans with thisI should get all that good ol see ohthat’s good that’s real good all rightso we’ll let this go in a refrigeratorfor an hour and we’ll be back when weget ready to put it in the ovensee you in a fewall right you guys we’re back and wehave our pork rib spareribs out otherran to medium-sized moving pins andremember this stuff is gonna bake in theoven nice and slowI’ll put the bigger pieces in one andsmaller pieces in another how about thathow about these things looks beautifuljust absolutely beautifulwell some of them are really big andthey just have to be in here all mixedin together so we got a total of 10pieces and we havenow I’m gonna take and for the residentsover here but you know what I like my doit this way gotta watch them anywayrightall right so okay so we’re gonna putlike a half a cup in each one isimportant it where you got on the meatokay it wasn’t a rap it would look coolor you could put a lid on it is Americaif you use Luna for like I’m gettingready to use them on the pool you want ashine part face down right you want itor not I can eat whatever but before Ido that I have a stick of butter and I’mgonna take this as half I’m sorry a halfa stick of butter and I’m gonna takethis half a stick of butterand number cubed so I can put it in herewith the meat and it just adds anotherlevel of richness with the gray that isspirit who’s gonnabring outand I try to make sure I put it on theback side because you really want thisbutter to be on that good ol get offback hard cuz it just makes it like notlike butter all right let’s get to mecould you pick pittypatwhat do you want[Music][Music][Music][Music]for about three hours so again on 350for three hours all right and we’ll beback to show you the finished productall right you guys I just got thesebabies out of the other and I alwayskeep these little these little plasticcontainers because I save them because Iactually use these for my seekingredients when I do my rice so I keepall my little pot likker and then outdid the other oneyeah so this is one of my secretingredient you guys any meat that I doI call it my hot liquor all rightand I freeze it like a cube of ice Ifreeze it and then when I get ready domy rice my secret ingredient right y’allI put that in the bowl of pot with itand now I got this hickory smokedbarbecue sauce so I’m gonna go ahead andput the hickory smoked barbecue sauceautumnI’ll brush it once I get it on therethen I put it back in the oven for aboutoh maybe 30 minutes to an hour on all300 and just I use my little brush righthere and just brush the meat and I don’thave to worry about brushing at thebottom oh is falling apart alreadyI don’t have to worry about bottombecause the sauce is gonna get down andwhere it needs to go you know that meanslike ragu is all in there all right sowe got that and then we’ll do this panright here now we do want to just spreadthe barbecue sauce on the meat you’llsee a picture of it wants I’m done andlike I said that good old barbecue sauceit’s gonna be all over this meat once itcooks in this in its juices for anotherhourokay so I’m gonna put this back in theoven for about 30 minutes to an hour on300 and we’ll be backwe’ll be back like a snack attackand I am gonna cover it just lightly noI’m not gonna put a tight seal likethat’s one reason why he’s no more coolinstead of put the actual cos on it isbecause I’m just gonna put it
