Today, we’re making grilled pork noodles with fried spring rolls. I bought marinated pork from HMart.Take out the meat and put it in a bowl. Get the pork without the skin (thinly sliced).Since this meat is a little bit sweet, we’re adding two spoons of lemongrass and half a spoon of seasoning.Also, half a spoon of powdered garlic. Mix evenly and then leave it for ten minutes.Boil a pot of water. In a smaller pot, add half a bowl of vinegar and half a bowl of water. This is the type I used.Add one and a half spoon of sugar.This is the type of noodle that I used (Thailand noodles also work). Once the water boils, add the noodles to it.We’re also using salad (this kind is good). Don’t cut it, tear it with your hands (keep the soft parts).After about seven minutes, turn off the stove. Pour it into a strainer and wash it with cold water.Then place the noodles in the microwave for two minutes (do not wrap). After taking it out, place saran wrap over it.Chop carrots and daikon into strips. After letting the vinegar/sugar mixture cool, pour it on top.Mix in rau que and rau thom with the salad. Wash and let dry.Now, we’re making the fish sauce. Add five spoons of fish sauce and nine spoons of warm water.Squeeze half of a lemon and add four spoons of sugar too.Mince garlic and pepper to add to the fish sauce (I used 4 chili peppers, 5-6 garlic).Turn on the stove and add corn oil to a pan. I premade these spring rolls and saved them in my freezer (video to come in the future).If you don’t have them, then you can still eat it without, it’s still delicious.Dice the onion leaves and add a little bit of olive oil. Then put them in the microwave for ten seconds (wrap them).I’ve added the spring rolls to the pan with the corn oil to fry them.Get the meat that we seasoned earlier and roll them. Then place them on skewers, and into the Nuwave oven (grill side down).Cook for six minutes on this side first. Then flip it and cook for another six minutes. That makes twelve minutes.Then take them out and flip the grill part upwards. Place the foil back and cook the meat for four minutes.Then flip them again and cook for three minutes.Put the noodles in the bowl, add the salad, dice the cucumber, and add the carrots/daikon.Then cut the fried spring roll into smaller pieces. Take out the meat and add it to the bowl. Add the onion leaves.Sprinkle fried onion on top, or peanuts.Your noodles are now finished!
