We’ve been home perfecting and revising our camp food menus — one of my all time favorites has to be BBQ pork tenderloin. You get just the right amount of fat and juiciness to make this an ultimate campfire meal. Here’s what you’ll need:
Pork Tenderloin Strips (2 lbs to 4 lbs)
– Make sure the tenderloins sit out for at least 30 min before grilling
Marinade
Cup of Soy Sauce
Half Cup of Ketchup
2/3 Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Hoisen Sauce
2/3 Honey
2 Tea Spoons Chili Powder
Half Cup of Dry Sherry
Garlic Butter Sandwich Roll Spread
Butter
Garlic
Cilantro
Green Onion
Salt & Pepper
Siracha
Broccoli Slaw
Mayo
Rice Wine Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Pepper Corns (grinded)
