60 milliliters milk60 milliliters water22 grams flourCombine wellHeat up on medium heat until it gets thickTransfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap120 milliliters milk +7 grams yeastMix well325 grams flour1/4 teaspoon salt30 grams sugarMix a littleAdd the starter1 eggYeast mixtureLet’s start kneading!^-^Knead until dough forms60 grams butterKeep kneading until dough is soft and stretchyStretchyRise for 40 minutes40 minutes later!Knead the dough to remove the airCut in 8 equal pieces and form a ballLet’s shape the buns!
BBQ Pork cut in cubesFlatten the ball and roll out the edges
(keep the middle thick)Fill with BBQ PorkUse one hand to hold the bun and press the filling in
With the other hand take the edges and press them togetherRepeat for the other buns ^-^Remember to Like & Subscribe! ^-^Spray with water and rest for 20 minutesBrush egg wash on topPreheat oven 350FBake for 20 minutesDone!I would love to hear how yours turned out! ^-^
