[Music]me[Music][Applause]hi guys welcome to another video andtoday we’re gonna make a quick cookingtutorial how to make some grilled porkchops Dominican style so we’re gonnastart off with the pork chopsthese have been pre-washed with a littlebit of vinegar and a little bit of saltso the first thing we’re gonna add issome adoboso we’re just gonna put some on each onenow we’re gonna add some oreganoand lastly one of these little envelopesfrom dojoso this would add color and a little bitmore of flavornow we’re going to repeat the same thingon the other sidenow we’re powders are added I have somecrushed garlic over here and I’m gonnaadd half of a lemon I’m gonna mix itwell take it all out now we’re gonna usesome cooking wine I’m just gonna poursome in the middle as well so you wantto pour enough that it overflows thatworkshop where you and lastly we’regonna add this secret recipe of my mom’shomemade so three thumb just to add alittle bit more favor if you don’t haveto this fineit should taste fine as well I’m justgonna add two spoons in the middle ofthe pork chop as well now we have thesofrito the garlic the wine and a littlebit of lime on top of our pork chops andit’s red in the middle like just likethis we want to make sure that all ofthat gets on all the pork chops all overso we’re gonna use our hands to mix themand shake it all over make sure that itgets in every single inch of the porkchops so we’re just gonna start at theones on top then we’re just gonna flipthemand make sure it gets all overthis is how they should be looking aftertheir seasons so these are ready to bepretty much grouts already but Irecommend that you let them kind of likesoak up all that flavor for at leastfive to ten minutes so now we’re gonnabegin cooking our core chokes I got upjust a regular pan you’re gonna grabsome extra virgin olive oil from Goyaand just put about a tap of oil but Iwant to make sure that it getseverywhere[Music]so she got up to and then he’s gonnamove around and make sure that it’s allover the pot or the payment[Music]and then a little trick for the porkchops againthat kind of cool dish color but Ithought I loved you in we’re gonna addgoing to put some a little bit of sugarand our pause so as you can see I justdropped a little bit I’m gonna take myown fingertips and just put it all overthe pan I know it’s are gonna add anysweet wake it’s not gonna be sweet whatto love it anything like that in flavoris just for it to be very goldish andthat color that we would see that thesugar will start getting brown cuz I’dreally want our pork chop so now we’regonna take our pork chops make sure itobserves all that flavor again[Music]now we’re just 11 kind of like burn butyou tried for about 3 minutes and thenturn in business hello start looking andyou let those burn for about 3 minutesas well so now that you’ve let them turnget the corner a little perfect theperfect color we want we’re gonna addall this other liquid always left overfrom the customer you made earlier andjust put them on top[Music]and now to begin making our avocadodressing for exciting we’re gonna startoff by cutting up super jalapeno sowe’re gonna do this in very small piecesso first we’re gonna cut them in halfand then we’re just gonna make lines andthen cut them into cubes you know thismuch parsley or as Dominicans weresaying like I eat though sometimes itdepends on your blender if you wouldneed to dice it or not my blender isactually pretty powerful so I just Icould just throw it in there but forsome lenders you would need to know thatwe’re just gonna fold it like this andwash it with warm water before it’s likeoh now that is washed we’re just gonnaadd it in there and we’re just gonnaabout four to five cubes garlic okaythis is the recipe for one avocado itall depends on how many of those youwant to use and like the taste of garlicand also the garlic depending how muchyou would add some sort of spice to thelast ingredient we’re gonna add a wholeavocado so now that we’ve added theavocado we’re just gonna have some saltsome olive oilsadly so I have some cucumbers in thebottom to mix cream on top and to top itup and it’s gonna add some carrots thisis our final product and our salad
