Febras de Porco (Grilled Pork Steaks)
Yield: 4-6 | 60 minutes
Ingredients
Pork Loin | 2lbs (butterfly thinly cut)
Cayenne Pepper | 1 teaspoon
Pappy’s Seasoning | 2 tablespoon
Salt | 1 teaspoon
Garlic | 2 tablespoon
White Zinfandel Wine | ¼ cup
Olive Oil | 2 tablespoon
Instructions
1. Butterfly pork loin to create thin pork steaks.
2. Mix Cayenne Pepper, Pappy’s seasoning, salt, garlic, white zinfandel, and olive oil.
3. Pour on pork steaks, mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Grill on medium-high heat 3-5 minutes per side until pork is done.
5. Serve with fries or rice. Enjoy!
