Another quick and easy recipe Bake Short Ribs. This recipe reminds me of filipino bbq, the sweet and smoky flavor of grilled pork with spicy toyo sawsawan! Making filipino bbq is a bit tedious so I use beef short ribs instead and made my own classic filipino bbq marinade for this recipe.
Follow the recipe and I guarantee a flavorful and juicy ribs!
Ingredients:
2-3lbs beef short ribs
2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp garlic powder
1/4 cup banana ketchup
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 pcs calamansi, extracted
