you ever have a piece of pork that wasso goodyou just couldn’t believe it well I’mmaking some of that tonight cider brinedgrilled pork chop took a crown roast cutit up in the chopsgot some barbecue sauce and maple syrupoh manwe just thought I’ve got gorilla APmaple syrup and a nice spicy barbecuesauce from Trader Joe’s a ghost pepper abarbecue sauce that is the basis for mysauce cooking for 10 minutes you seethey have a little bit of color to themabout as much color as they’re gonna getbecause they’re not quite done yet sothey’ve gotten the first enough about togive them a base and after we get thebase going then we’re starting to seethat color in the conversation I’ve gotin the first layer sauce on them the clothes coming up is what Iwant major flare-ups but that’s howwe’re doing right now more to comeeverybody got a good flip got some charmarks I’m gonna ply some more on mysauce and in five minutes pull morethat’s all a few of my chops off alreadyyou can see the minute but I got a nice166 168 and my temperatures I knowthey’re done that’s what I want to makesure I don’t want anybody getting sick
