Grilled Pork Chops with Bacon Wrapped Brussel Sprouts

Join me out on the patio, as I put the pork chops and bacon wrapped brussel sprouts on the grill. I’ll show you step by step on how I bring everything together. Subscribe and follow me, as I upload a new grilling video every weekend to share with you.

Ingredients are:
(6) pork chops
Dry Rub
SPG (salt, pepper, garlic for the Pork Chops)
1 lb of Brussel Sprouts (cut in half)
Bacon slices
Salt & Pepper (for Brussel Sprouts)
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Wooden Skewers (soak in water, prior to adding

In a bowl, combine the sliced brussel sprouts, olive oil with salt and pepper to your taste desire. Mix the brussel sprouts to make sure they are fully coated with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Alternate the bacon slice and sliced brussel sprout on the wooden skewer. I normally can get 6 to 8 sliced brussel sprout on each wooden skewer.

Enjoy!
