Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Let’s grill a delicious Pork Tenderloin! This recipe is easy and anybody can do it. You’ll only need a few ingredients and a nice hot grill. The tenderloin is the Filet Mignon of the pig. It’s very lean, but when its cooked correctly, it’s juicy and delicious. Let’s get to it!

Here’s what you’ll need:
2 Pork Tenderloins
3-4 Garlic cloves
1 large Rosemary sprig
1 small bunch of Thyme
1 tsp Olive oil
Kosher salt
Black pepper

Trim the silver skin off of the tenderloins. Strip the Rosemary and Thyme leaves from the stems, discard stems. Mince the herbs and set aside. Peel and mince the garlic. Mix the garlic and herbs, set aside. Rub the meat with the olive oil, then season to taste with salt and pepper. Rub the garlic mixture all over the meat and refrigerate for one hour. After one hour, start your coals and take the meat out of the refrigerator. when coals are ready, grill the meat over the coals. Flip the tenderloins when they are golden brown, Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. When the meat is five degrees below your desired temperature, remove from the grill and cover loosely with aluminum foil. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve. Enjoy!
