Dry Ingredients
1 Cup all purpose/gluten free flour
1 Cup oats/ rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup Chocolate chips
1/2 chopped walnuts
Wet Ingredients
1cup almond milk (any non-dairy or dairy milk will work fine too)
1/3 cup peanut/almond butter or both
2 tbsp of coconut/canola oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 10 minutes
Steps
1. Preheat oven 375 and spread parchment paper on two baking trays and set aside.
2. Add all wet ingredients in a large bowl and bring to smooth whisk.
3. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and stir
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
5. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts into the combined mixture.
6. Scoop on to the prepared baking tray the mixture.
7. Bake for 10 minutes and cook for extra 10 minutes.
