Siopao (steamed buns or hot buns) is another one of filipinos favourite snack. The Philippine version of the Cantonese steamed bun called cha siu bao. This is my take on how to make homemade steamed pork BBQ buns. Once you mastered on how to make the bao dough you can stuff it with whatever fillings you desire. Huling huli ang panlasang pinoy!
