hey everybody welcome back to my channeltoday we’re cooking pork chops on thegrill I’m gonna cook these on the greenmountain pellet grillseared first on my propane grill nowwhen you try them at home you can cookthem on a wood pellet grill cook them ona propane grill charcoal grill in theoven on the stove in a pan it doesn’treally matter how you cook them justthat you do need to cook pork to 145degrees to be all the way done let metake a real quick second please go aheadand like my video if you haven’t alreadyclick the subscribe button subscribe tomy channel and click the bell you’ll getnotifications when I post new videostoday I’m gonna use garlic powder toseason these and a little bit of ChefGeno’s barbecue rub this is a localrecipe so unfortunately you can’t get iton the Amazon I’m going to post ourwebsite if they have one in link rightdown here in the description but let’sget these guys seasoned ok as Imentioned we’re gonna use a garlicpowder and we’re gonna use this otherrub so first thing you want to do it’sget a decent coat of garlic powder onhere all right let’s get some of theseGino’s rubble in here we’re gonna letthe set probably for about 30 minutesbefore we get them on the grill becausewe want this seasoning to soak into themeat as much as possible and these areroom temperature pork chops they’reabout a pound apiece so we’re gonna getthe sauna room but I like to get the fatcovered too on the edges so[Music]that way the fat is nice and tasty somepeople like to eat pork fat some peopledon’t I kind of like it so I’m gonnakeep it so we got these coated on oneside we’re to flip them all over hereyou basically do the same to the otherside so good decent color garlic powderrun it out here looks like I’m gonnaneed to shot my handy amazon or go tothe store get me a little more garlicpowder knock off this side real good geta little extra on here for some flavorlike I said we’re gonna let these sitfor about 30 minutes before we get themon the grill all right those look niceand nice and coated and leave them setwe’ll get them on the grillokay so these pork chops have beensitting for about 30 minutes with theseasoning on them look how thatseasoning is really just kind of meltedin here and really that gives it achance to soak into the meat real goodand flavors the meat up a little bit youknow you can let the set a little longerif you want the flavors will soak in alittle better one thing I did want tomention too is this seasoning if you’reon a low carb or keto type diet theamount of carbs really depend on theseasoning because the meat is primarilyfree but this seasoning here thespecific seasoning says it’s about 2.5carbs per tablespoon so I would saythere’s somewhere in the vicinity of atablespoon per pork chop here so let’scall it 2 to 3 carbs that’s stillfantastic for a decent meal right here Iknow this is that full meal but youmight add a salad or you know somecottage cheese all low carb stuff thatcomplement this stuff very wellso let’s get these on the propane grillget a nice sear on them and then we’regonna put them over to the greenmountain grill and cook them totemperature so again we’re cooking theseto 145 degrees okay so we’re gonna getthese on the propane grill first this isjust a whatever typical propane grillbut you can use charcoal if you want tosear them you could just put them righton the whatever grill you use in but Ilike to get a really nice sear on theseso we’re gonna put these on here ravageoh come on about two minutes aside justto rotate them and get some really goodsear marks grill marks on there and thenwe’re gonna get them over to the greenmountain okay so these have been on forabout four minutes total I flipped themand switch them around look at the nicesear marks on thoseso I like to like I said I like to get anice sear on those we’re gonna takethese right now and move them to thegreen mountain grill cook them to 145okay so we’re gonna get them on thegreen mountain grill here I have thetemperature thermometer in the one thethickest part right along the bone hereso the bone is gonna take the longest tocook and get to the right temperature sothat’s why we want it right along thebone so that we know these are cooked to145 degrees and safe to eat so againwe’re cooking the temperature not fortime probably going to be somewherebetween 15 and 20 minutes but totemperature 145 degrees okay so thesepork chops have been on for aboutbetween 15 and 20 minutesthey are 145 right now so we’re gonna goahead and get them off the grill look athow nice and juicy those arelook at thatthose look absolutely delicious andwe’re gonna take them off herewe’re gonna let these set for about fiveor ten minutes just let them set on thecookie sheet all right so look at thehose I’m going to take them inside andget them covered and we’re gonna cutinto in about ten minutes okay so thesepork chops have been resting for about15 minuteswe’re gonna go ahead I like to coverthem with the towel if they’re on thecounter keeps a little more heat in sowe’ll get this guy of course the biggestone right look at this guy on here ohman some mushrooms it’s cooked in butterand a little bit of seasoningthere’s probably actually that’sprobably not as big a portion as youcould take and a half a cup there’sabout three carbs and as we said beforethere’s about two carbs in this porkchop so five carb meal right here that’spretty good so let’s cut this guy opensee what it looks like on the insideit’s not too bad it’s pretty look at howmoist that is right there in the finalstep here let’s taste it mm-hmm that’sseasoned when we got on the outsideexcellent and the tenderness insideexcuse methat’s a little bit uh 145 degrees wecook those two right there so again porkyou don’t want to undercook that andmushrooms five carbs enjoy this if youtry it at home remember to like my videocomment let me know how your turns outand tune in next time thanks forstopping
