HOW TO MAKE LAOS PEPPER PADEK DIP+ BBQ PORK SKEWERS! Step by Step!

Hi Everyone! Hope y’all enjoy this spicy sour salty Laos pepper dip and Laos BBQ Pork Skewers!

Serves 3-4 servings

Meat Marinate:
2 pounds pork butt sliced into 2-3 inches long and 1/4 thick.
1-2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon of kaffir lime leaves finely chopped.
1 Teaspoon of Red pork seasoning powder as shown.
1 Tablespoon of beef bouillon seasoning powder as shown- Sub:Salt
1-2 Tablespoons of oyster sauce- Any brand.
1 Teaspoon of dark premium soy sauce-Lee Kum Kee brand!

Laos pepper dip:
5-7 chili peppers fresh
5-8 Dry chili peppers
1-2 Whole limes
5-7 Garlic
3-5 Banana Peppers
6-8 Serrano peppers
1 Roma tomatoes
5-6 Thai eggplant
1/2 a medium onion chopped
1-2 Tablespoons of fermented fish preserved sauce- Padek as shown
1 Teaspoon of Fish anchovy paste – As shown
3 Tablespoons of fish sauce to start off with.
Optional: MSG- 1 Tablespoon
