[Music]welcome back to another video fromxandred’shere I’d start cooking today what I’llbe doing are we doing some BBQ porkchopsalright and as you can see I’ve alreadywent ahead and seized my pork I’ve doneso from overnight but not to worry I’mgoing to walk you through the steps andall the season that I’ve used I’m alsogoing to list everything in thedescription below so you can get theexact measurement all right so firstthing first what I did I went ahead washmy pork yes with lime and vinegar andsure there’s no rawnessremove all the unnecessary stuff that wedon’t need to be a part of our meat okayso that’s it out of the week I’ve alsoused some all-purpose seasoning so I diduse one tablespoon of muddy all-purposeseasoning I’ve also used some ginger andgarlic and pimento have you some garlicpowder some pimento berries as well asmy complete seasoning I’ve also usedsome onion powder as well a little bitof paprika you know salt as well as Iwent ahead and I did use my green blinksI use about a scoop of my green blendalso I’ve used some ginger powder for mypoor because to me there is no pork withginger as well okay and I did use onetablespoon of soya sauce all right theydon’t have to add the soya sauce but Ijust had it to give it a little bit ofcolorokay so we got all the we know what I’mgoing to do I’m going to go ahead andstart by searing my needs before I putit in okay so I want to get it nice andgolden on each side alright so this isabout two tablespoon of regular coconutoil okay but you can use whichever oilof your choice alright so going in nowremember we’re not just gonna turn thisup that is finishing I’m going to removeit but first this is the pyrex dish thatI will be using so I’m going in withsome olive oil just a little bit tovisit some extra virgin olive oil andI’m going to spread it across like soyou don’t have to add anything seriesbut I like to do this you don’t need toget anything else thirty hundred applyto the same party relatively facing itin the movie[Music][Music][Music]and I’m going to add these to the porkchops okay so I’m gonna give these twominutes just trying to lock all theflavors in and then add it to okay soI’m not cooking it all turning this offso what I’m going to do just going tocover this with four people and let thisbig for an O and a half then it’s goingto go for two O’s but one and a half andover then the next 30 minutes that’swhen I had my barbecue sauce and allthat’s okay so I’m adding also somefresh rosemary to my pork and you don’thave to do the sorting of the garlic oranything I just didn’t want all thisnice flavortwo weeks okay so my boy all right soknow that this is finished going in theoven for hour and a half and I’ll seeyou back then okay okay so now I’vealready add one teaspoon of soya sauce -1 cup of water now I’m going in with 1tablespoon of balsamic vinegar also addin one tablespoon of Rochester sherrysauce if I’m pronouncing that correctlyok and this barbecue sauce is not madefrom scratch okay this is store-boughtand I’m just passing it offa bit right so awesome going in knowwith my ginger garlic and Permenterspace about a teaspoon to that add inone teaspoon of black pepper as well nowthis is a barbecue sauce that I will beusing this is the sweet teriyaki sauceand I will be used in half of thecontainer to thatgoing in as well with about a tablespoonof regular soya sauce barbecue saucesorry then this part is optional but I’mjust going to be adding 3 tbsp of tomatoketchup as I said all the measurementswill be linked down below waiting for itto reduce a little bit more once that isdone and I can turn it off and start apanicNetwork and forth has been in the ovenfor hour and 45 minutes to be exact oncethis is finished thing we’ll add ourbarbecue sauce so the sauce is now readyI went ahead and turn that off and thisis all map work is looking as you cansee it’s nicely done falling off thebowl so what I’m going to do now I’mgoing to go ahead and place it into aclean pirate dish pyrex dish sorry andadd the sauce over it ok and remainingin the country now you don’t have toshow that always you can use that tomake gravy with the leftover barbecuesaucealright so my pork chops are not perfectbased on the fact that the chapter is sohuge I have to cut them in more than onepieces this morning right so just to cutthatyou could go ahead and eat them justlike that she’s so perfect I’m justgoing to pour the sauce over it like sotop this back in the over for another 20minutes and then our barbecue pork isfinished just a cut that’s my gosh andthe port is so delicious so good seasonall the way through it so now with thisyou just scrape up a little drippingsfrom the content of the port then justadd that to that and you have theperfect gravy to serve over your rice orwhatever you’re serving it so there youhave it my delicious barbecue pork trustme guys it is so delicious nice tenderand juicy I’m sure your family wouldenjoy it okay so today I’ll be servingit with some mashed potato so I’m justgoing to go ahead and pick that up andshow it to you guys okay just look atthat nice and juicydo you have it my delicious barbecuepork
