upsome thyme rosemary and dough okay sonow we’re gonna get started on seasoningour meat my favourite Montreal steakseasoning my grill matewe’re just gonna go ahead and sprinklethat on and yes we season two sides ofyou needs not just one and then I’mgonna go ahead with my paprika turn thisover okayand then I’m gonna come in with myseasoned all my favorites does notreally have any salt in there so you cango crazy with this with my pepper okayokay we all love spicy food put thisokay perfectand then I’m gonna go ahead and add theonions the garlicthat is definitely do drunk then we’regonna add some garlic then we’re gonnaadd our herbs now we’re just gonnamassage it when that’s free to get alittle bit like breeze we’re not gonnado too much we just wanted to have alittle kick so we just drizzle that thenwe’re gonna come in there and massage[Music]oil but today I don’t have any otherfall I’m just gonna use regular corn oiland I’m just gonna dodge the lit overthe meat on the side okay perfectthen we massage that one more time andnow we’re gonna go ahead and add a balllet’s say 1/2 a cup of water to a cupjust so you can get steamed while it’sin the oven and then wrap it upwhat’s our gonna go ahead and make thebunkie sauce yesBubba sauce this is my favorite barbecuesauce oh yeahyou brought you don’t even have to domuch to this but you know we Caribbeanso we still add flavor to our atthat there’s gonna pop this all over andthen we’re gonna put it back in the ovenon a lower heatthis is gonna be 350 degrees I want thatdegrees here when I let it go for quickten more minutes so that garlic can goahead and get some heat out a little bitmore flavor to it and then we’re gonnaput it on broil so we can get thatcrispy this is how it looks I put it tobroil highbrow for about six minutesfive minutes I mean if you like it onelittle bit more char you can definitelyleave it in for a little bit little bitlonger but definitely monitor it but ohmy gosh guys look at this we’re gonna doour potatoes I have some salted waterright here I’m gonna go ahead and addthe potatoes and then we’re gonna let itgo far ball twenty maybe ten to 15minutes and I will track down and thenSupercopokay then go ahead and put them in theballs let them cool off for a minute andthen add and boil the potatoes as I wassaying about 15 minutes this is optionalwe looked include vegetables in all thepotato salad as well as a boiled eggso right now another wild egg in my handI know should use a cutting board butyou know I’m also Privia but you may cuteverything up in our hands so I’m justgonna go ahead I’m going through with itnice and it off out of it to the potatosalad okay okay so I went ahead andadded half of an onion I’m gonna put alittle bit of mustard[Music]yeah pronounces I’m just saying doableI’m gonna put this much in here and yesI measure it by a clock so I’m gonna goahead and put that in and then we’ll goahead and add about a cup and a half ofmayonnaise and then chill and I’ll showyou that half cup of mayonnaise and thenI’m just gonna mix it around trying toget every piece of it covered and I gotthe amount of mayonnaise go fit goesaccording to like what you like if youlike it to be really wide you know liketoo much main is if you V then you couldgetthe mayonnaise like all that good stuffI think this is enoughmayonnaise come by like it so now allwe’re gonna do now is put
