rice the ingredients we havetoday are for around 2 to 3 people wehave 280 grams of Korean barbecue saucewe have 680 grams of ribs and we have630 grams of rice so now we are going tostart the marinating process firstly wewill have to put the sauce into the padof the ribs so professional outputstarts we have our Korean barbecue saucehere and we are going to marinate theribs that looks very tasty[Music]okay so oh I forgot to mention we alsohave some extra honey here for a lectureon so now you have to rub in the sauceinto the ribsso the root will have a beautiful tastein them also remember to use thebarbecue sauce on the front and the backof the ribs remember to wear glovesdiseases are very bad[Music]so if you want some more taste you canrub it in more but it doesn’t quitematter you just need that cheese to bein there that tasteful taste verybeautifulso now lastly we’ll have to wrap theribs in a cling film wrap I guess youcall it and put in the fridge for abouttwo to three hours so maybe you guys arethen see that okay guys so we are backnow we have marinated the ribs for twohours now and we are going to put theribs into the oven the oven is preheatedto 180 degrees Celsius as you can seeover here 180 degrees Celsiusyesand it will be good for 15 minutesafterwards we learn to flip an X with itagain on the other side for 10 minutesthen finally we uncover permanentlooks very nice sighs you see we areflipping it now and as you see there’slike some well it looks like bootsalready it’s kind of brownish and lookslike cooked meatI guess so now I think we have to pushthe ribs back into the oven if I’m notif I’m not mistaken the first thing weare going to drizzle some sauce or putsome salt on to the ribs to make theflavor of war and it enhances the flavor[Music]it is time for us to our[Music][Music]so that is our ribs that looks very verynice okay so now we will have to waitfor another seven Sammy’s and we willsee you guys at see you guys okay so nowour ribs are ready and we can apply thehoney to the ribs so our profession wecan start now and wow that is the rib[Music]that looks very nice so now you willhave to drizzle some honey on top as youcan see there’s some honey that looksvery nice okay that sounds now thatvaries but okay let me drizzle the honeyon top and then we spread it aroundso trueas a professional I’m guessing we don’thave to do the other side right okay wedon’t have to do that so let’s put itback into the oven to go for anotherfive more minutes[Music]okay so we will now have to wait foranother five minutes until the
