welcome everybody today on pressureChris we’re going to have a showdownwith pork chops we’re going to compareshake and bake to the Louisiana airfryer pork coating I’ve had this in thepast that I’ve never had this one a lotof people have said this tastes reallygood so we’re gonna do this in an inchof foodie grill and can’t wait for thetaste test at the end come on over andlet’s get started[Music][Music]so like I said we’re gonna have ashowdown between shake and bake whichI’m used to and I truly love to the airfor the Louisiana air fryer seasoncoating that’s for pork now they’rebasically the same directions it saysmoisten I usually just use water it saysyou can actually use an egg wash we’rejust using cold water to do this and itsays the air fry at 400 this box alsostates 400 let’s open this guy up youhave this is like a single servingpackage that’s the coating right thereI’m just gonna put that into a bag theydid not provide a bag in the box likeshake and bake those and here’s shakeand bake make rad whoops let me grab abag and I like this cuz it does actuallycome with a bag mmm smells so good it’sgonna pour that into the bag and that’swhat the shake and bake looks like andwe’re gonna do a comparison for color ohit has a different smell like which Ithink what I smell in there it has moreseasoning like yeah totally differentthese are actually gonna taste totallydifferent which is fantastic and whatI’m gonna do is just pour this coatingright into this bag I’m not going topour the whole thing in cuz I’m justdoing one chop so I’m actually onlygonna use half a bag I’m gonna put thatoff to the side and let’s compare thecolors let me just get the water out ofthe way and I know these are in a bagbut you have you’ll be able to seethere’s a big difference in color thisis the shake and bakeas you can see it’s much much darker itsmells like shake and bake and here’sthe Louisiana air fry for pork it’s moreorange and it has you can actually seethere’s actually seasoning in there itsmells really really good so to makethese chops we’re just using these arejust I don’t want to say run-of-the-millchops but they’re it’s a thinner chop soIno these are probably gonna cookanywhere between 15 and 18 minutes andI’m just gonna coat these in the waterwe’re just using plain ol water which isfine place that right into the bag thisis the Louisiana coating and we’re justgonna shake it shake it all aboutI was gonna say okay sorry I might I’mgetting over a cold or something so I’mnot my voice might be different Iapologize for that see what this onelooks like miss grab some but I justwanna press more of this coating in andjust so you guys can see it that’s theLouisiana it’s gonna place that rightinto the basket and notice I’m notpreheating I never preheat when I makechops let’s move this over let’s putthis chop in the water and we’re goingto put it right into the shake-and-bakebag there we go you’re trying to getequal amounts of coating on this just soeverything is equal the chops are prettymuch the same size the same thicknessand everything else and these willactually fit quite nicely these twolarge chops will fit quite nicely intothe air crisping basket in the grillokay we’re going to shake that off justa bit I want you to see what this onelooks like this is the shake and bakeone and I’m gonna go ahead and put thisright over into the grill and this iswhat the two chops looks like in theninja foodie grill this is the Louisianaair fryer one and this is the shake andbake we’re just going to go ahead andlower the lid before I do that I do wantto tell you I have the roasting rack inas well as the air crisp basket and thescreen is on and the temperature infunction we’re going to be using we’regoing to be using air crisp I’m gonnakeep it right on 390 I’m gonna hit startand we’re going to hit air crisp againpick up the lid and lower it and it’s afalse to 20 minutes I’m just gonna keepit on the 20 minutes because I know it’sgoing to take anywhere between 15 to 18minutes to cook these we’re gonna comeback in like eight or nine minutes andflip them over it’s been about nineminutes we’re gonna go ahead and liftthe lidthey are looking great already thisone’s browning up nicely the Louisianawe’re gonna turn it we’re gonna take theshake and bake oopsand we’re actually going to put theLouisiana one down here and theshake-and-bake one up here just in caseif there’s any hot spots or load lowspots hot spots or cold spots I am sincewe have it open it’s gonna do a quicktemp just to see where we’re at now at100 in like 14 that one’s this one’swarmerthat one’s 120 gonna go ahead and lowerthe lid and we’ll probably come backwe’ll check it like in eight minutes sowe have six minutes left on the timer westarted with 20 minutes so we’re gonnago ahead and lay it raise the lid theyare looking really really goodit smells fabulous in here and let’sjust do a quick temp yep this is donedefinitely done let’s take these out letthem rest for a bitand then we’ll get to that taste test tosee which one tastes the best all rightthat’s the shake and bake and this isthe Louisiana[Music]okay these beautiful pork chops are donethis is the shake and bake one and thisis the Louisiana airfryer give you aclose-up of that that’s what they looklike and close-up of the meat all rightlet’s get to that taste testnow I already know what shake and baketastes like so what I’m gonna do I’mgonna try the the Louisiana airfryerpork chop first so I’ve never had thisbefore mmmthat is really good just got a littlebit of the spice yeah that one is Wowsuper good let’s try the shake and bakethis one’s delicious too but if you’relooking for something different like asomething with a little bit of spice atthe end definitely try this one there isno clear-cut winner because a lot ofpeople don’t like spice but me I’m gonnahave both in the house I only had thatone package sorry I only had that onepackage of the Louisiana airfryer porkcoating so I am gonna actually go outeither today or tomorrow and pick up afew more so I have them in the house sochoice is good so whatever you have goahead and use them but today I’m kind ofleaning towards all right thank you ifyou like this video give it a thumbs upplease like and subscribe and Iappreciate all of you thank you forwatching
