Quarantine Cooking— Episode 2: Whiskey Mustard Pork Chops with Grilled Apples

First of all, I’d like to apologize for the fact that this entire video was shot in portrait mode, and thus didn’t translate well to iMovie. My dad was the one to film this.

Secondly, speaking of my dad, he isn’t seen much during this episode, but he helped a lot with prep, filming, and the actual grilling. I may not say so often, but he’s my hero.

it’s quarantine cooking my dad isdefinitely not here today we’re makingwhiskey mustard pork chops with grilledapples and here we have a corner ofhealthy brown sugar 1/4 a cup of whiskeypack that by the way the quarter cup ofwhiskey2 tablespoons of coarse ground mustardand 1 teaspoon of vanilla and we’regonna put it in the bowl and whisk ituntil the brown sugar dissolves so I’lldo that now[Music]once once you have dissolved the brownsugar and chilies the smell will surelyeradicate your eyebrows you’re gonnatake three tablespoons of it put it in alarge bowl nice get-get-get the team’s[Music]brown sugar three to three tablespoonsof itthree you were gonna do nothing withthat science the waiter the rest of usgets brushed onto these convenientlyalready oiled and seasoned pork chopsWowdid you get both sidesmagically seasons and we’re gonna alsodo nothing with that for like 20 minutesuntil they come to room temperatureit’ll take about that much time to gopreheat the grill to 400 degrees thegirl getting on hot it’s Apple timewe’re gonna slice for granny smithapples to eventually cook as well withour grills charging through hot landwe’re gonna put olive oil on the applesgot a new baster this time I fancyenough tostill try the girls are 400 degrees nowand it’s time to grill the apples gonnaput them on for four minutes and turnthem once it’ll be very thrillingnow that our apples are all cooked upwe’re gonna take a teaspoon of dry atablespoon of fresh hair cut it in thatbowl I’m sure you forgot about just mixit up put the three tablespoons of glaze[Music][Music][Music][Music][Music]
