Quick and Easy Grilled Pork Chops On The Pit Boss Pro Series 1100

right tonight we’re gonna do some porkchops they call them pork chops you getthem in the assorted pack they look morelike a little pork chop steaks we’regonna do them at 325 probably 2025minutes get the internal temp upwardsabout 145 anyway we’re gonna get thisbit boss going all right let’s go getchops ready or I do stick out thepellets looks like they’re gonna stepplenty I got the pecan Hickory mesquiteblend okay these are our pork chopsthey’re from that assorted pack that hasthese bones in it so I kind of I like tocall them a pork steak so you know likethe normal process we’re gonna add someolive oilafter the olive oil we’re gonna add somegarlic peppernow we’re gonna flip them and do thesame thing on the other side a littlegarlic pepper and I’m gonna add a littlebit of table salt not too much theydon’t like them too salty and that’s ityou can take these out to the grill andyou’re gonna get these on what littlestar the pit-boss 300 350 or 400 sowe’re gone350 I said 325 350 it’ll be right inthere let’s get these on[Music][Music]all right go about ten minutes and comeout check them should only take aboutten minutesgood lift them over[Music][Music]cook really fast so probably go aboutfive minutes on this side they won’t betoo dry they’ll be just wreck hazardbehind maser look at that[Music][Music]okay nice here on the porch get theseofflet him rest a minute serve him uplook how good this is let’s just take abite of this mm-hmm that pork chop wasdelicious nice and juicy did you see howjuicy that was you gotta love pork chopsthat’s a simple easy way 350 degrees itonly took 15 minutes so we love to doour pork chops that way sometimes whenthey’re thicker cut they take about 20minutes but yeah I love them okay thanksfor watching don’t forget to subscribe[Music]you
