Shin ramyun {grilled pork}

[Ingredients]

1 Shin ramyun
6 pieces pork belly
Salt & pepper
*Spring onion salad
-1 spring onion
-1 teaspoon Korean chilli powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 drop soy sauce
-pepper
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 teaspoon sesame seed
Garnish- 1 sesame leaf, spring onion salad, red chilli

Koreans love pork belly BBQ. Traditionally, we eat noodles or stew after a pork belly BBQ. Personally, I never eat pork belly without spring onion salad.

In this video I’ll show you how to make an easy Korean BBQ.

For the salad, julienne some spring onion and season with salt and pepper. Add a splash of soy sauce, some chilli powder, sesame oil. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Mix well.

Grill thinly sliced pork belly on a hot plate. Season well.

Place the cooked noodles and broth in a bowl.

Top with the spring onion salad and sliced red chilli. For that authentic Korean touch, garnish with a sesame leaf.

It’s like having your own Korean BBQ restaurant at home!
