favoritealright start with the chicken breasts Icut it it’s a war in the country nowsome you probably raise these chickensso we take the chicken tenders and weput them in our flour mixturefine so flower day then back to flowergot the flower aren’t you’re getting anice coating on that the double bit Ilike it and freshly fried is alwaysbetter now how long will be scribe forabout five to seven minutes so thechicken and waffles is like a southernthing but it was actually invented up inPA up in the northyeah don’t know I’m in there but alrightso those will fry for what five tenminutes five seven and then I will yelland Alan that I need my wall fallingabout – so does it all tender becauseyou stab it with all the beetles yesokay so now we’re doing the waffle andI’m assuming you guys make this fromscratch everybody yeah what’s in it giveme a little hint what’s in your yoursecret waffle batter we use flour we usebutter we use eggs and we make it freshevery dayyeah – people like our pancake so whocreated this you or the husband thehusband and how long have you guys beencooking for I know you guys have somehigh level right me now I leave incooking for about two years- and your husband though he worked athigh quiet-like yes I started joiningsome one time right hmm that’s prettycool you guys like a brunch spot mm-hmmnice brunch spot – good – all right sothe green lights on that means it’s doneit smells like birthday cake in heresmells awesome yeah smell that butternice take off on I take it back therealright so the chickens done chickenthank you big fat tenders those look sogood take them we make pretty platesaround there so you gonna style it up alittle bit all right so what is that youhoney chipotle sauce yo make that anounce as well so that really goes wellwith out with the waffle I’m assumingyeah oh nice scallionsyo house-made pickles definitely abrunch dish that’s a twist more saucenow is this normally served with syrupand butter or no no just like that soyou recommend this sauce right here yepgot like that nice all right all rightguys here we go chicken and wafflesthis looks so good dude that chicken isso tender gotta get a little waffle witha waffle action here here we gogoodhmmall right guys this chicken and wafflesis the bomb so what I really liked aboutit is first thing you get is you getthat chicken it’s super tender itseasoned perfectlyand then like I said the waffle smellslike a birthday cake that actuallytasted like one but the secret is thesauce they put on that homemade sauceit’s sweet it’s spicy gives it such agood flavor the bomb I really reallyliked it excellent excellentall right chef ed what are we doingtoday man this is what we don’t tryingto smoke off a few bucks a little briska piece of chicken halves and we alsogot some baby back ribs here so what arewe gonna focus on the day the pork buttyeah we’re gonna focus on the pork okaywhich is this bad boy right here my boyokay so what’s your best here is thatthe pork butt or is it the brain scannerout of the ribs I tell you I’m lovingall the gum this brisket there’s numberone on the linewe’ll put Wendy back so it’s out of heredone it’s already so what would tell youdo we just take it and pull it one thingabout that I do my own port make sure weget no fat no aggressive god that looksso good at man what you get when youcome in here like that color tell what’ssmoked correctly yes sir this is whatexactly what you get and so what do youlike better do you like the porkshoulder or the pork butt better whichhas pork fat I like pork butts betterokaythe pork shoulders lifting be a littlebit tougherget been flipping more love into thatgot itso dilly would take this here and pullit make sure it’s poor there’s like nofat at night no sir can’t beat this oneyou don’t like paddy Brits on this ideabarbecue don’t fatty barbecue lipidBernie I want the lean or the fat side Icould get that side every time you seethis this is just heaven putting allthat over either you know sir if youwant it back I don’t know about that butthink about it though you got to leanmeat you just like some chicken breastyou got to lean me you got your set insults we’ll pull it up okaythen I bring it overnow this is the homemade barbecue saucebaby powers your barbecue are you NorthCarolina yeah we bought more the fitwest we okay with some other sauce onthere yes you could definitely tell thatit’s homemade perfect amount ofsweetness and wasn’t too tart but thepulled pork was really really tender andreally fall apartthank you thank you the
