Simple Grilled Pork Tenderloin

You’ll need only three ingredients and a hot grill to make this delicious grilled pork tenderloin.

Pork tenderloin (not loin, that’s a different cut)
Soy Sauce
Black Pepper

Coat one side of tenderloin with soy sauce (about 1/8 of a cup or so). Crack some pepper over it. Flip tenderloin and repeat.

Starting with presentation side down, grill meat for 7 – 10 minutes. Turn meat and grill second side for 7 – 10 minutes. (Cook time will vary slightly depending on size of the tenderloin). Cook until internal temp is 140° or just slightly above. Remove from grill and let meat ready for about 5 minutes before slicing.

This video also features cast ironed charred green beans on the grill too.

You’ll need a cast iron skillet (duh).

Olive oil
Package of frozen green beans
Salt
Pepper
Minced garlic (to taste)

Heat cast iron skillet on grill for a few minutes, then add olive oil and heat for another minute or so. Add frozen green beans and let cook for a bit. Once green beans have defrosted and started to cook, add salt and pepper (to taste). Be sure to stir or toss green beans occasionally so they don’t burn. Add minced garlic in the last 2 or 3 minutes of cooking, stirring a few times to keep the garlic from burning.
