2 tablespoons Paprika
2 tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
Smoke for two hours at 180 F.
Wrap and cook for one hour at 235 F.
Let rest for 20-30 minutes then enjoy!
