Smoked Stuffed Pork Chops on Pellet Grill | Pit Boss Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Pork Chops

Today Tami will show you how to make Stuffed Smoked Pork Chops on Pit Boss Pellet Grill. We’ll use a Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Pork Chop Recipe.

Ingredients
* 3/4 package of cream cheese bar
* 2 pork chops, 1.3 lb each
* 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
* 3 strips bacon, chopped
* 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
* 2 Jalapeno peppers, minced
* Rub My Hiney BBQ Rub to taste (or your favorite BBQ rub)
* Lambert’s Sweet Sauce of Mine to taste (or your favorite BBQ sauce)

you guys know I like spicy food right soI’m gonna make some jalapeno poppersstuffed pork chops so I think thisrecipe is gonna be a lot of fun so staywith me we’re gonna start today bymixing up the jalapeno popper stuffingso we’re gonna use some cream cheese andI think I have a little bit too much soI’m gonna use about 3/4 of this packageso I can put that in there and then wehave about I don’t know a cup of cheddarcheese it’s already shredded and thenthere is three strips of bacon cuz Jefflikes bacon okay and then maybe abouttwo tablespoons of green onion maybeand then to jalapenos you can use youknow as many as you like in here but wehave to okay alright I’m gonna get thisall mixed up together and then we’ll beright back with you we got to center cutpork chops here and there over an inchthick they weigh 1.3 pounds eachthese are gonna be perfect for stuffingall right so we got to get these guyscut to stuff them so I’m just gonna putthe knife in and I’m going to just goright across and make a pocketall the wayso you don’t want to cut all the waythrough it you just want to cut to thebone so you have this this nice pocket Igot my jalapeno popper stuffing I’mgonna get this guy stuffed up get thatin thereso I used about half of the stuffing nowI just want to secure this so it doesn’tcome out when we’re smoking I’m gonnause some toothpicks here keep this guytogetherall rightokay it’s pretty goodso one final thing before I take me tothe smoker I need get these guysseasoned up so first thing I’m going todo is I’m going to use some of this duckfat and you got to shake this can prettygood or it won’t shake out so alrightand you can use other things for yourbinder if you want I mean I like duckfat but you can use if you’d rather youcan use olive oil you can use mayonnaiselots of different things you can use souse whatever you like I just happen tolike this duck fat we’re using this rubmy hiny Kota coffee seasoning today thisone is pretty tasty okay I’m just gonnaget both sides of these stuffed porkchops seasoned up with this rub myheinie and then we’re gonna move over tothe pit boss got the pit box set at 250degrees today and we’re using Hickorypelletall right so we’re gonna get this litdown and we’re gonna let them smoke forabout an hour it’s been one hour in ourjalapeno popper porkchops are at 113degrees we’re gonna go ahead and letthem keep cooking it’s been an hour anda half and these chaps are lookingbeautiful we’re going to glaze them upwith this award-winning Lambert sweetsauce of mineall right these guys pleasethey look so prettyI’m just gonna get both these guysglazed up and then I’ll get to live backdown[Music]it’s been about two and a half hoursthese guys are out 145 we’re gonna goahead and get him outpork chops are ready to be tasted sojumpin well I guess I don’t have to cutit okay you readywhat do you need me to do they look goodhuhdo they look goodokay I probably don’t want to see myelbow and arm all that whoa hey smellgood toohere’s what they look like up closea Lupino popper huh yep there sure itshould be richer’svery delicious you sure you get lots ofinsides[Laughter][Music]yeah making cocktails yes as a matter offact I got my wife’s might so muchbigger than oursbecause you cooked it so you get thebiggest body CheersGrampyou did good and for those who you don’tthose of you that want to know what thattastes like it’s like heaven pork chopis really juicy and that cream cheesejust kept everything like super moistand real cheesy they’re so goodyou do get that little spice from thejalapeno I’m getting bacon and pork chopso like you know you what the heavenmm-hmm all rightI’ve got a couple of stuffed pork choprecipes on YouTube these are the bestones I ever had they’re awesomeyou need to really try this becausethese are really good they offer ifyou’re not a subscriber if this is redbutton then click on the Bell[Applause][Applause]
