you guys are doing okay and umthank you for coming to hang video yesso we are gonna eat some hot pot foodtoday and the noodles were eating thisthis one it’s just Sam Young’s mala firenoodles you guys straight this this isreally spicy but I think if I were tocook it in a hot pot it would tastebetter you know not too hot yeah so inmy part I got two packets of the noodlesI was got some fish balls and somemeatballsyeah and then I also got us some beancurd skin and then for the raw stuff Ialso got us some beef shabu-shabu slicesso they are thinly sliced beef for me tocook in my hot pot once the pot startsboiling and then for the sights I got ussome honey baby back ribs do you guyslike baby back ribs baby back baby backribs always reminds me of you know umFat Bastardfrom Austin Powers yeah so for todaythis sauce I’m using this one it’s atomato hot pot sauce yeah so I’m gonnaput it inright and now we’re gonna add in onepacket of the mala spicy sauce from thenoodles yeah and then I’m gonna addabout 1 liter of water should be nothingyeah so uh for hot pops like that youcan use that gum chicken broth or beefbroth or vegetable broth if you wantalright so now I’m going to put the lidon and turn on the heat so you’ll startto boil it about in ten minutes right Ithink it’s boiling now so I’m gonna takeout the lidright now I’m gonna add in my beefshabu-shabu slices you guys that Beachyou can use other types of meat too likepork or chicken[Applause][Applause][Applause]let me try to soup first tomato soup hmmWow hi I like the tomato taste this isgood I think you were to do this at homeyou can add like um chicken broth andthen you can add some tomato paste intoit yeah tastes good too right let’s gofor the beefno those are really good it’s not toohot and a flavor it’s really niceexcuse meput in my bowl to cool it down first[Music]know that none of us cool down a bitI need some pork ribsthat was so good if we got straight fishboss before there’s none not literallyfish balls but you know balls that madeoff fish meat I think you can find themin a Chinese or Asian markets this wouldbe so good but it’s also really hotah excuse me I’m enjoying myself it’sjust as really hot and warm eating thiswhat’s the weather like in your countryin Singapore here oh we’re in Asia soover here it’s summer all year roundthis would be good in the winter youknowthe balls but it’s not youguys have heard of this restaurant iscalled in Chinese is called high D lowyeah they’re very popular they’re fromChina and I think they have restaurantsall over the world including the UnitedStates yeah and now they are known fortheir hot pots you know like what I justate where you will have a pot and thenyou cook your own stuff in it likevegetables shabu shabu meat beef porkchicken you know then they slice mediaso you cook your own hot pot yeahthey’re very popular for it so uh andthis sauce is really good so I thoughttry one and they taste really good but Ithink you can make it on your own- if you use like um chicken broth andyou add some tomato paste in it yeah Ithink that would be good – yeah so thisstuff is like it’s very tomato ish youknow and I’m the noodles I went withI dropped something but it’s okay I justmade a mess alright so I’m using thisone the mala flavor but I think and useany other noodle flavor if you want yeahthe tomato soup itself as a flavor foodnow so you don’t really need to add anymore flavor to it yeah this was goodyeah I think if you live in a countrywith a winter you know or cooler weatherI think this hotpot would be really niceto eat in the cold you know but becausein Singapore is so hot is like it’sreally uncomfortable to eat all sweatybut it’s so tasty um I’ll do it againyeah uh have you guys tried a hot potlike that before or like go
