The Best Thai Honey Grilled Pork Recipe – Moo Ping

Summer time is here and Thai Honey Grilled Pork is the perfect grilled meat for your BBQ or party. My former restaurant customers loved this dish so much especially kids. My version of moo ping or grilled pork uses honey as one of the key ingredients and the pork is marinated for 24 hrs. If you don’t have he time, it can be marinated in about 4 hours. I will show you 3 ways to cook the honey grilled pork.

1) Air fry – 380 F 5 mins & flip another side for another 3 mins.
2) Oven – High heat 5 mins then flip another side for another 5 mins.
3) Charcoal Grill – with Medium heat. Brush with unsweetened coconut milk as it cooks to keeps the meat moist and provides creamy coconut taste. Grill for 2-4 mins each side or until meat is cooked.

Recipe/Ingredients
1 lb – Sliced pork 1/8″ thick
1/2 tsp – Baking powder

Marinade sauce:
2 tbs – Minced Garlic
2 tbs – Cilantro root or stem
1 tbs – Oyster sauce
1 tbs – Soy sauce
3 tbs – Honey
1/2 tps – Ground pepper
